Bitch needs to get on the boring diet. Figure out a repertoire of meals you enjoy and can make without a ton of fuss. Work out the macros etc in MFP. Rotate those same meals throughout the week. Novelty is not a luxury she can afford. Automation is where it’s at if she wants to see results and be able to sustain them.

But again, these strategies and tactics are wasted on her. Amy doesn’t have the resolve to stick to any plan. Her mindset is for shit.
