I think your husband is trying to tell you something.
In spite of the readily available information that surgery is NOT a Magic Cure; that a ton of disciplined work remains to be done, I feel a lot of those wanting surgery still secretly believe it's an easy solution.
I see it as anything but - the risk from the surgery itself is high because of the weight & the associated issues. There is a higher than average rate of complications. Post-op eating, if a patient really wants to be successful; requires constant vigilance & a form of discipline that many won't be able to handle. Depending on the specific procedure as well as the patient, the surgery leaves you open to other medical issues later on.
I don't know how long various forms of bariatric surgery have been performed but we often learn the hard way - today's solutions to medical issues can lead to some severe unintended medical consequences later.
Exactly this. Surely in the process of losing for surgery you have a few "bad" days or even planned days where you go to a party and eat more, and that's fine because you can choose to do that. Why the hell would you opt in to being unable to do that at all instead of in moderation???Post-op eating, if a patient really wants to be successful; requires constant vigilance & a form of discipline that many won't be able to handle.
Now these are the general rules in Europe and I assume that person is american? Might be different rules, so keep that in mind. Here you can get the surgery if you have a BMI over 40. However if you have any diseases or health complications you can get it with a BMI over 35. And she has a BMI of over 38. Sounds really strange though regardless, getting weight loss surgery while in the 100s.4'9" 178lbs=fat but surely not fat enough to have your guts chopped up and rearranged. Would a real surgeon and hospital go along with that or will this be like when trannies go to Asia to get their weiners cut off?
She's incredibly dumb and or a psycho.
Wouldn't it be cheaper to just count calories and cut the sugar?View attachment 1091660
You might not be able to afford surgery, but you can definitely afford to eat less!
math and self discipline? if they could do manage that they wouldn't be fat fucks to begin with.Wouldn't it be cheaper to just count calories and cut the sugar?

True. This is why people should like and comment on Eric's videos even if they're boring and he's not your cup of tea. If you encourage his YouTube crap, we'll continue to get these Sasquatch sightings.
