I'd imagine most panels with AWL would have to institute a no recording rule if they knew what was good for them. And talking about people when they're not around isn't a roast. You roast people when they're present so everyone can laugh.

Perhaps he holds no grudge years after it happened, it never went any further than a kiss at work and was seemingly walked back by both parties shortly afterwards.
