2 mg is still quite a low dose. I've seen post menopausal women and troons on Twitter consume more. Working in women's health, I've studied HRT extensively. This is more of a dose they give to old ladies to avoid hot hot flashes. Actual young women are given shots, patches, or vaginal suppositories because the need for estradiol when younger is completely different. They're probably just humoring Chris with this dose because he's incredibly dumb. It's enough of a dose to avoid a descriminatiom law suit. Most of the estrogen you get from pills is turned into estrone, which is a weak old lady estrogen, which is produced from the body fat of both sexes. The younger more fertile estradiol can be obtained in patches, injections and suppositories because it doesn't cross the liver multiple times. There's a catholic hospital in my town. They are getting shit thrown at them for not offering sex changes and not calling people by the correct pronouns. They kept getting lawsuits over it. doctors just care about money. there's no surgeon alive that would agree to the idea that a sex change is a good idea. however, money talks, so they are okay with it as long as they don't get sued.
