Didn't see anyone mention it at all since, but Discord does have privacy settings so you can auto-block any and all messages/calls from people that don't at least share a server with you.

Who would make a serious gaming account(meaning you play this game seriously, not a throwaway account or troll account). Invest all this money and effort into it and even go out of your way to make a community around it via a guild with a chat communication server to discuss said game you are serious about. trying to take a step back and forget all the evidence and I come up with two theories

dsp whaled the account, then sold it before the person joined the guild, the guy keeps the in game name and discord name consistent, which is a bit autistic but plausible

OR

dsp whaled the account then sold it to one of his disabled viewers, told them to never reveal it happened, and an autistic fan could explain the relationship between being logged in/active within 10-15 mins before/after dsp streams

And it just so happens to be for a wrestling mobile game of course. The thing DSP loves.

If this isn't Phil, he could easily debunk this if someone can still reach out to them. Shutting everything down is an odd reaction to a mistaken identity. That could have easily been resolved in one, maybe two posts. This person obviously would have to be a fan (or ironic fan), since they're not being malicious. And if it was some elaborate gay-op, why wouldn't they want to attribute this to the actual Phil?

Obviously he's a fucking liar, but I think one step towards debunking this would be asking Phil what his account name was. Is it TheyCallMeDSP, the same one people were tracking years ago? If you haven't played the game in years, there's no harm in revealing that information right? You don't play the game anymore, so it doesn't fucking matter. It's that simple.

I have often wondered how Phil could claim financial hardship, even with two mortgages (one of which he stopped paying apparently), given his hermit lifestyle and exceptional fanbase. I also wondered how he could debase himself day-in and day-out by begging children and the disabled for virtual bits like some bum shaking a cup between cars stopped at a traffic light. I think he's just spending his money on this mobile game stuff instead of towards paying off his debts and bills. This also makes sense because some people assumed DSP was gambling. But going to casino would take some motivation and socialization. With the mobile games he could be burning through cash while sitting at home.
