That link terms it "misconduct". But "fraud on the court" is another way of terming it. That's when you have to file a motion to vacate a jidgmdnt. That's another option that I'm still researching....and weighing the risks and benefits of it

As I recall, none of the defendants in these cases filed anything, so it is difficult to see how a party could have committed fraud on the court.

What would be your grounds for a Rule 60 motion to vacate?

Under (6) , any other reason that can be justified. Judge's failure to follow Rule 9(e)/use ALL relevant case law. I'm not super knowledgeable about all angles of "fraud on the court", still reading about it. Also, still reading about the concept of a judge being an "officer of the court".

It was never proven. Circumnavigation didnt prove a globe. The gleason map proves it is possible to circumnavigate on a flat plain. What proof do you have? Besides cartoons and someone elses word that extorts trillions of tax dollars? You have none.

For those following along, here is Rule 9(e):

In pleading a judgment or decision of a domestic or foreign court, a judicial or quasi-judicial tribunal, or a board or officer, it suffices to plead the judgment or decision without showing jurisdiction to render it.​

Failure to follow the rules is a legal error that would be addressed on appeal or via a Rule 60 motion for relief from judgment.

Just for the record, not that I can convince the two lolcowese here to be less dumb, but antarctica isn't that off limits to public. My parents did this fly over thing one new years eve/ day.
