Ultimately it's true that laws aren't terribly affective but they do help set a tone for what an average person feels they can do about it. I don't want to be pressured into ignoring the obvious red flags. If laws tell you you can throw men out of the women's bathroom then more women will feel like they can throw troons out of their bathrooms.
When I have encountered a man (tranny or not) in women's bathrooms, it is still legal for me to tell him to GTFO. As a matter of fact, here is a quarter, they can call someone who cares. Or send law enforcement in, and arrest me for telling him to get the fuck out of the ladies room, double dog dare you.
All things being equal, I would be happy to speak up. However, what stops me is my fear of confrontation, being that I am a 125 lb female, in a cinder block trap, with running water, porcelain fixtures, and no witness around.
My skull in a the hand of a muscular man vs. Porcelain sink/toilet and running water. Skull 0 - Sink 1.
Forget the laws ... They know they are in our bathroom, and that they shouldn't be there.
