Ya'll are doing alot of speculating.
Attrition would require Greg to have some kind of legitimate case. He has none - and the judge is not going to entertain a case for harassment when it's clear that the petitioner has no legal ground to stand on.
Greg is not following the legal protocol for this so I guarantee he doesn't have a lawyer doing it yet. I will wait to see if Repzion or Chris Hansen post their summons/complaint.
If there is an ongoing criminal investigation pertaining to Greg the judge is going to recommend he withdraws his petition until after that case is closed. No lawyers will need to be retained during that time.
And you guys are acting like a lawyer wouldn't love to take on an infamous internet personality pro-bono. Any goose out of law school can make a name for themselves with this case... And will, I reckon.

Onion has gotten used to swinging his legal dick and watching people hide, but those days are gone. He doesn't make the big dollars to hire scary, Johnny Cochran-level lawyers anymore, and there's too much evidence out there of Gargoyle's prediliction for young teen poon.

- Madison then deleted her Twitter because she thinks she should’ve kept her mouth shut

- Madison posted screenshots to her Instagram, proving Shiloh did tell her not to tell her side of the story

I think Shiloh has been through some serious shit and swamp 1.0 warped her mind, but she was probably always a crazy bitch with some kind of 'issue', that made her vulnerable.
All of the girls had underlying issues. They're not all bad people, of course. But they all had something wrong with them that made them acceptable prey in Onion's mind.
