Trainwreck Onision / James Gregory Jackson / Gregory James Daniel/Jackson/Avaroe - Edgy king of the tweens, Vegan with deformed dick, Pedo, Destroying the Environment. Serial Domestic Abuser, Served the wrong Chris Hansen.

How do we know that's a lie? If I was Hansen, I would figure school is back in session and the kids have to go to school. Wherever the kids go after school lets out, Onion and Kai are sure to be. Someone surely picks them up from school and takes them home. They would lead right back to wherever they were living at the time. I really don't doubt that is how he knew they were at home and not in a hotel still.

Hansen & crew wouldn't do that, precisely because it's the one thing that would attract negative attention from the law, as it's an old tactic that kiddy-diddlers used to employ (before social media).

Which illustrates further Gurps's lack of imagination & lies; pedos and stalkers quit using that method circa 2000, for that exact reason.

I don't see how just filling out a form is grounds for charging court fees. He would have to make a scene in the courtroom and disrupt the proceedings to merit that. I would imagine that judges who oversee restraining orders are used to people who aren't totally knowledgeable about how the process works. And I'm sure they are used to hearing hyper emotional justifications.

Normally, it's not. But abuse the court as he's done, and continues to do, and it makes judges look very closely at things. Magistrates issue them, and only pass them up the chain if an actionable violation occurs and is confirmed by police.

Restraining orders also contain sworn statements. Catch Greg in a lie on one, and he'd be lucky to escape a perjury charge.

Trust me, the robe fielding restraining-order complaints is bored out of his/her mind; if something like Gurp's shows up on the docket, it'll be high entertainment from the bench.

Psychologically, he craves attention. He doesn't care if it's positive or negative as long as it is focused on him. He may be stressed and upset and I'm sure he is making life a living hell for everyone around him, but I think deep down, he is getting what he wants. Not that he is a serial killer or anything, but look at Ted Bundy. When he was caught, he made a spectacle of himself in court. It ruined his legal chances totally, but he didn't care because all eyes and cameras were on him. I think Onion is like that.

If that were always the case though, I feel like he would have JUMPED at the chance to open the door to Chris Hanson, even if it were to just tell him to suck it and slam the door back on his face. But he hides away in his hole and calls the cops instead.

And it's like he didn't see it coming. He sounded absolutely blindsided by Hansen, like he didn't even consider that to be a possibility.

Which makes me more optimistic to see him actually face some real life consequences just to see how he would handle it.

There is nothing illegal about it. That is exactly the sort of thing law enforcement does. And Hansen can just say he was investigating the parents. As long as they don't go on private property after being told not to, and as long as there is no restraining order saying they have to stay away, it's perfectly legal. In fact, it's best to do stuff like this early on so you know the lay of the land by the time the restraining order is issued. I am sure this was in the realm of the possible.

That's because it wasn't on his terms. If he had been the one to set the time and place and guarantee he had control over it, he probably would have jumped at the opportunity. I don't think this is going to lead anywhere to be honest. Look at the history of the party wagons here on Kiwi. Lolcows have to go a long way to get arrested. If there is something else we don't know about that law enforcement is working on, then yes. But I think what we are seeing now is all smoke thrown up for entertainment purposes. I'm entertained. That's for sure.

Honestly it wouldn't surprised me if they just found out Grug was home when they went to talk to his neighbors. Let's face it, people want to hear what they have to say. Several people here have said they'd love to hear the horror stories the neighbors have about Grug, myself included. it's not an illogical first move when investigating someone to talk to their neighbors first.
His SUV was right in this fucking driveway even. And something tells me that when he's not filming his autistic skits Grug doesn't exactly go outside much and probably wouldn't notice Chris Hansen skulking around his neighborhood talking to his neighbors.

Do you think the neighbors would talk? I think they are happy to gossip to each other, but put a six man camera crew on the doorstep of someone's house, and I don't think they would be all that willing to go on camera. It's their home too. They probably just want Gurg hauled away by the cops quietly. They don't want a media circus focused on the house right next door to them. They're already pissed off about his bulldozing and floodlights in the back yard.

Reputation absolutely does play into it, when standing before a judge. And they tend to get very irate when spurious complaints lead to someone like Greg wasting their time in court.

Additionally, any halfway intelligent lawyer and/or judge would figure out if Grug's address is a matter of public record.... and it is. Hence, the bald-face lie about Hansen following his kid back from school would be cause alone for dismissal.⁷

Magistrates pencil-whip bullshit restraining orders all day long; but if it comes up for review in front of an actual judge, it doesn't take long before the whole thing gets thrown out, with prejudice (meaning Grug would be on the hook for all court costs & fees & no recourse to appeal).
Plus in one of the court docs, I think the one where they came to do a wellness check. It stated that they had had numerous issues at that residence. He thinks he is really something with his fan club of half a dozen middle and high schoolers but the smile is wearing thin. That recording where he is talking about how he cant talk about the legal stuff but it's so great he just has to chuckle at himself or the tweet about how wonderful his life is playing video games and watching HBO. Nah you're fooling no one greg. We've heard your shaky little predator on the run voice. We've heard you stick up for Donalf Trump because the media is so mean and unfair.

I mean honestly though the media is pretty dumb sometimes. Newsweek reported Hansen and rep getting sued when it's just an attempted restraining order for instance.

Edit: and I think Chris did say he talked to apme neighbors btw. Just like the clip I shared with ABC news flying down to hickville to catch some gofundme medical scammers. They filmed from the car as they are driving by then got a few words with their landlord.

Correct; not illegal, but it was the only thing Greg could pull out of his ass that met the minimum standard for granting a restraining order on the basis of harassment.

That cognitive dissonance, though. Gurps knows that tailing kids from school is creepy as fuck (thus trying to weaponize it), but continues in public with his own predatory & far creepier behavior online.

Greg's whole problem is he is actually a coward and can't take criticism to his face. It's easy for him to delude himself that we are all "haturz" when he's not face to face with anyone.

That describes almost everyone on Twitter, and every last a-logging anti-O faggot & snowflake that's latched onto the saga.

Annoying the local judiciary, along with the potential of having a guardian ad litem assigned to the kids, is possibly the stupidest thing Greg has ever done.

This stunt is exactly what Russell Greer did incidentally. He tried to file one of these against the Farms. Absolutely nothing resulted.

I think the neighbors might talk if they were off camera. If Chris Hansen showed up at my door inquiring about my neighbor I'd be skeptical about being filmed but would be unable to resist getting the scoop.

I do wonder how many of his poor neighbours actually witnessed his weird fucking nappy clad tantrums in his yard at night or the weird shit he was doing in the surrounding area.

No exaggeration, if I saw my neighbour dressed in a diaper in the dead of night, screaming in the streets, I'd consider phoning the police. Not even because it's weird but because I'd be concerned that this dude was off his tits on drugs.

I'm on the same page. I'd be calling the police immediately if there was some tard running around with his baby carrot in his tighty whities with flood lights on, trash strewn in his yard, yelling like a lunatic. Wasn't there a time that he was roaming around with a firearm, or at least a pellet gun or something? I wonder if that isn't why the police weren't unfamiliar with the tard shack.

From the anti o anon tumblr

I’m retiring. There’s a post queued for tomorrow explaining why. For now here’s today’s chat: https://vimeo.com/385549354
I didn’t feel the need to make it private since I’m retiring, and didn’t care so much about speaking to directly to you guys at the end since I’m leaving the server anyway, so who cares if onion boi recognizes my voice. You still might wanna archive it though.

The anti o anon recorded another VC, I went ahead and re-recorded it for privacy sake.
But good lord, I cringed so hard my skeleton is flaccid.

He talks about saying nigga, his sex doll,
and defends having a small penis by downplaying large dicks, that they're pretty much a hazard. lmfao
Disgusting though, he's talking about sexual experiences with underage female fans. I gagged.

Mirrored this and the later ones on-site, Vocaroo deletes stuff after a while I'm pretty sure, and probably delight in complying with DMCA requests. Not sure about Vimeo, but better safe than sorry. (Sorry for slight necro.)

Big IQ genius boy here, "past" away

Hey, Greg? Just a bit of advice: Next time you try to fake your own death on social media, maybe... Oh, I don't know, get Lamey to proofread it? Your inability to tell the difference between "past" and "passed" was more then enough proof that you're, yet again, making shit up in a pathetic attempt at avoiding responsibility. And just like all of your other piss poor attempts, no one is falling for it. It's almost insulting that you think that we're as idiotic as you are.

See, Grex, all you're doing is giving us more reasons to laugh at and insult you. These stunts are so pathetic that they're amusing, in a sad sort of way. Every single attempt to shut us up has backfired stupendously.

Give it up, already. We're not shutting up any time soon.

Newsweek article (mentioned above) that basically says nothing that isn't already known. For posterity? Just that fact that Newsweek is writing about this is amusing.

Okay but wouldn't he need to show the judge why Chris Hansen is after him, if he lies that’s an extra perjury charge.

Et Malleo Semper Vicit it may depend on what he's suing them for, if it's for harassment and emotional stress then he has to show evidence of it happening as well as what caused it. Even if he’s isn't it's still ridiculous stupid to do this and think that the judge is just gonna ignore the who, what, where and why.

Et Malleo Semper Vicit yeah I looked it up you can still be charged with perjury if you are found to be lying under oath even in a civil case. The judge can forward the case to the prosecutor for criminal enforcement. Punishment for committing perjury could result in probation, fines, or a prison sentence up to 5 years. Depending on the laws in Onion boys state though it may very but yeah it does count in a civil case.

lol that thumbnail i thought repzion was Kai for a bit.
whats funny to me is even if it actually went to court why does onicuck think the judge isn't going to be curious and ask why THE Chris Hansen is going after him. and since under oath he can't lie , sure he can say they're just trying to ruin him with false information but Hansen can easily pull up logs and victims testimony i.e. streams. onion has such a low iq he didn't see the ricochet coming.

Being paranoid and dramatic isn't perjury. You would have to prove he knows he'st lying. Good luck with that. I don't think Onion has a remote clue about what is true and what isn't.

Nothing is going to come of this. The judge will explain to him what he needs to get a restraining order, this notification will serve as proof that Grug doesn't want Hansen's posse on his property or near him and his family any more, but it won't matter because Hansen is smart enough to not do that again and he'll be back in New York soon. He got his knocking on the door footage and the reaction in the 911 call. That is enough. Hansen will find new ways to annoy Onion.
