Yes that's the disney channels logo over Bobs eyes. his circular body and two large eyes look like the classic depiction Mickey mouse. He also wants bob to die. Hmmmm....

For story-boating reasons this isn't even that hard of a thing to do with a proper story outline. Except to make characters with distinct personalities the authors ego can't be so bloated. He's done it once with Fontaine out of accidental circumstances due to the sheer ammount of OC's there are in the series. If he'd think about different personality traits, tropes or even examine the people he keeps around, he can base a character off of his perception of another person. It's honestly not too hard to make a distinct personality in a story- making it come alive is the hard part.
