You can use someone's skeleton to determine sex and race. Forensic examiners do this all the time.

'Variable' and 'Imprecise' lmao even if you know all police procedural shows are fake and a condensed process for a neat hour of television 1. We know that women have a different skeletal structure then men (Hips, Skull, Bone Size, Etc. ) and 2. in cases where skeletons are recovered and it's a significant portion they may not be able to tell anything else but they can usually tell gender.
Even if you hand-wave that aspect and assume that you can't tell from physical markers, what would the next logical step be to sex a skeleton? they'd take a bone sample and I'm pretty sure whatever came back as DNA from them would still be definitive male or female. HRT and surgery isn't going to change you on a genetic level.
They can keep dreaming.

anthropologists can pretty easily tell your sex from either your pelvis or skull remains i.e women have wider hips, men have squared jaws and more muscle attachments in their skulls
its when they dont have access to these that it becomes more difficult as they start using the size and length of bones (i.e men being generally taller) but is generally regarded as just a guess due to different racial groups having different average heights for men and women.
so yes, if you die and your skull or pelvis are found relatively intact they will be able to tell if your a dude or a lady.
so i guess if a troon fell off a cliff somewhere where the average woman was was 1.75m- 1.8m in height (like sudan) and only parts of their leg bones where found they may be unable to determine that you are a dude.
