Second, posting about this here is probably a bad idea. If it got back to him chances are he will figure out who you are, and we both know that's bad.
Lastly, get some help about it if you feel like you need it. You probably can use somebody to talk to that could help you deal with all the things you're feeling and going through at the moment.
