So something I thought was kinda interesting was the lawyer that Onion used to assist him with his bullshit TRO's - well he specializes in Domestic Violence and immigration. Obviously that doesn't mean he can't handle other issues, but he's only been a lawyer for 2-3 years and he looks like a chimp in a suit. I couldn't imagine any lawyer with a decent reputation actually being able to listen to the Onion ramble on for an hour, let alone take him on as client but uh... now it all makes sense. He's got decent enough reviews but it looks like his specialties are DV, Immigration, and of course criminal.

I keep seeing the term guardianship used, but Sarah has only ever said power of attorney. A medical power of attorney would make sense in that if an emergency happened, it would allow them to talk to the doctors about whatever is going on. That would be needed for anyone who is NOT a guardian of a child. As an example, many schools ask parents to sign medical power of attorney for their students in case something happens to them while at school. Guardianship (a form of parental right) is very different from that and I've never seen Sarah say anything even remotely close to them having any form of guardianship.

Greg isnt taking both his kids to school, and one of them has been MIA (according to an anonymous call from a neighbor) 5. Greg frequently uses discord to manipulate his fledgling audience, most of them young children 6. He lost his Twitch account on top of his Patreon

1. Hansen learned that from Kiwifarms. 2. The IRS did that long before Hansen. 3. Again that came from a kiwi source. 4. That was in the 911 calls posted by the kiwi. 5. His discord is discussed on kiwifarms regularly. 6. That had nothing to do with Hansen.

There is a judgement against Onision in court that he was ordered to take care of by the county --- the wetlands restoration. The deadline to submit proof he had complied passed at the end of October. He was politely reminded about it by the county a month later and he gave them the middle finger via email. His permit to do the work cost thousands of dollars and is expiring on April 5th. Odds are, the county is going to come take a look at his property again and levy the thousands of dollars in fees and required inspections and work all over again. Maybe even some juicy daily fines if he gives them lip. The government works slow, but once there is a judgement, it's relentless. Just mark the dates the government gives him and look forward to those as "Onision fun days".

He should also probably read the property deed and his title. Chase owns the mortgage on the house and back when I did the doc dump re: the wetlands, there was a clause in there that basically stated "alter this land or the structure therein without permits and without going through the proper channels or do anything to devalue the land it's on, we reserve the right to call the loan due within 30 days". There was also a clause that should any liens get put on the property while Chase was the underwriter and those liens come from fucking with the property or the house and devalue it and well call the loan due in full. If you can't pay it, we'll foreclose, sell this shit and then sue you for the difference or any costs incurred. Obviously it was alot more formal than that but you get the picture.

I interned at a Wills, Trust and Estate and Probate lawyer years ago and Chase doesn't fuck around. Banks don't really like owning property outright but if you put lein on something they have fiduciary interest in and hold the mortgage on, well you're fucked unless you have the money to make it go away, which he doesn't.

I don't know what other liquidable assets Onion and co has, but usually your home is one of the biggest liquid assets you posses. Should he ever need a good criminal defense lawyer down the line, he doesn't have the equity to borrow against the house and with all his income streams resembling the Sahara, he's well and truly fucked. Also, when I pulled his mortgage he went through the VA to get it and put about 10% down, maybe a percentage or two more/less. Bad fucking move all around. He won't be able to get a VA mortgage again (should they come after the house) until all arrears and fees are payed off.

Edit: @bigshot This is the property he bought on 4/20/19 for $19,000 USD correct? Ive very poorly redacted the seller's info but it was a neighbor that sold it to him. If you're on the street looking at his house, it would be to the left. It has the same address but a different parcel number (usually that's not weird in sub divisions and parcel is usually used for tax assessment). I kinda fell down a rabbit hole but your theory makes sense. I'll post back in a bit. Thank you for updating me I appreciate it.

The name remaining at the bottom left is that of the realtor which is easily available on their website. I just redacted Greg's phone number, the names of the sellers and one of the agents cell phones.

The lot is the vacant one next door, to the right of the house (when facing the street). It has no building and has the spawning stream running through it. The triangular one between him and the neighbor with the large property and barn.
