Since the users mentioned are not biologically related, criminal offenses are likely not present in this scenario.

Then my question would be how is Spotty allowed to claim in writing that those are his children he fucks as well as his partners, and the state of Indiana not...idk, I suppose revoke the adoption papers upon finding out? I don't think the state can do anything about it since the 'children' aren't biologically related to the 'parent', and that both 'children' are 18 years or older. There might be an exception if the 'children' were mentally incapacitated and were dependent on the 'parent', but that seems very unlikely in this scenario.

I'm disturbed that more furries will start to do this then. If a bunch of people now realize that you can adopt a kid, groom them to think they are romantically in love with you, allow that thought to fester and reciprocate it and then wait till they're 18 to fuck them as they call you daddy or mommy is so fucked up it's not funny.

Hopefully the state finds out about this sort of thing and start putting in ways to stop sick fucks like Spotty from doing this with other children.

I have a feeling that a few of the cub fans actually only like it because many of the artists have very intentional 'cutesy' styles. Some furs prefer toonier porn, so cub often looks like that rather than the direct adult human anatomy of many more semi realism artists.

That said when diaper shit, incest and babysitter fantasies and all that come into it, there's definitely a non disputable pedo element there. It adds to it the actual fetishism of sexual childhood and infantalism aspects. Inkbunny is where a lot of folk ran off to once FA banned cub shit, and in the comments, people often proudly talk about how they experienced open sexual encounters as kids. I feel some of them kinda re-purpose those experiences into their current sexual interests.

Furry community is fucking weird about it. Ferals are often seen as zoophilic, despite being shown in cartoons and such to have the same level of human cognitive abilties, so enjoyment and understanding of sex with other ferals or anthros isn't an issue. I believe a lot of furs who are so grossed out by it are mainly so repulsed because it 'gives the fandom a bad name', despite sticking a sexualized animal on two legs being just as much... yknow, an animal.

You also get a lot of zoos and cub artists who draw art which is very, very, clearly referenced from real images. And that's when you know shit gets especially shady.

Objectively if two consitions are met, It's pedo shit:

1.) Does the media depict something sexual?
2.) Is one or more of the parties depicted clearly a child?

If you answer yes to both of these, that's pedo shit. Full stop. If you want to admit this is an issue and get help, good. Living in denial about it, however is not. I think it depends on what exactly they're looking at. A lot of it is just the same shit as loli, weird caricatures essentially, but you also find cub shit that is really trying to portray cubs like real children, thinking and speaking the way kids do, that's the shit that makes someone absolutely not just a pedophile but a also potential predator. Some of the shit I saw in PKrussl's faves before he purged his inkbunny were fucking revolting, complete with that creepy slight pedo smirk.

By cub fetishist standards though, bad art and unpalatable fetishes make someone a pedophile.
