Ironically, that's just an inverse of what seems to be the standard policy of Antifa that makes them such a pack of exceptional assholes. People are often too quick to call out someone on their side and throw them under the bus just for saying something dumb once, someone on the other side making an unproven accusation against them, or petty personal bullshit, but making it a policy to never deal with your bad actors means they're just going to rise to the top and become the face of your movement, giving your enemies factories of ammo while turning your movement to shit. And unlike Antifa, the alt-right doesn't have the luxury of tons of sympathizers in the press trying to cover up the shitty things the more exceptional members say and do.
As a wise man once said "If you do something 'ironically' long enough, you end up doing it for real".
They don't want to pass, they want attention. A troon who doesn't pass because of a masculine jawline or mannish build is one thing, you can't do much about that without expensive surgery, but there's no reason anyone out of the closet with actual gender dysphoria would be okay sporting a full beard or male pattern baldness in public.
