There are all kind of bullies, tbh. I personally don't know enough of her past to make any assumption about her motivations for being the person she is now. All I know is that she used to bully people and said she didn't have many friends. So, yes, your theory that she was a loser who occasionally engaged in making others miserable so she could feel better is very possible.

Not the fact that liberals like Kristi Winters have explained that they don't think he's fit to run the party, that he really isn't a member of their party. She mocks the idea of party loyalty.

You know what, screw it, I'm just going to rage at all Sanders supporters here because June is rapidly transforming into one of them. The president is not an emperor. Really, the president has little to nothing to do with domestic policy. All the president can do is sign a bill into law or veto it. What we should be looking for in a president is someone who is committed to enforcing the law. Someone who has a plan for maintaining our interests beyond our borders. Someone who wants to kill our enemies and defend our allies. But because we have no one running but senators and house reps who got all of their name recognition from legislature, they treat the election cycle like one big public debate on the Senate floor. As if the president can actually do anything about spending or taxes.

A sincere message to all people, disgruntled by domestic policy on all sides of the aisle: if you are really serious about your socialism or your libertarianism or your radfemism, pay attention to your state and federal legislature. They're the people who can actually do something about it.

That sounds good in theory, but in reality the president has access to executive orders, which effectively allow him to bypass the legislature entirely and can only be reversed with a heavy response from either the legislative or judicial branch, he appoints court members, and therefore influences the judicial branch in the long run, and then you have numerous federal agencies appointed by the executive that effectively make and enforce laws on a broad range of issues.

Also, your federal legislators are just a few people in a very large body. The president meanwhile is the undisputed master of the executive ship. And state legislatures are subservient to the federal, as determined by that little thing called the American Civil War.

It's not how the country was supposed to be, but if you really want to transform the government, the executive branch, and the presidency in particular, is clearly the most important one to strive to control.

We can push back against this though. If the common people went to these town halls and said "what are you all doing bitching about health care? What is your foreign policy?" that would have an impact. That can change the course of things. We have times where the media doesn't control the narrative and we can seize them to say "stop acting like you're the president of Congress".

It really strikes me when I think about this. I've known 3 couples who have gotten engaged and married in the time that these two have been engaged. I've known one couple that has met, fallen in love, gotten engaged, married and started a family in the same time. Something is weird here.

Come on, Shoe has nothing to offer to a normal guy who could have married her.

Do you imagine June being at home with the babies while husband is out working? Shoe sounds like those kind of women who say "I want my freedom!" because house life bores them. I know women like this, they eventually end up cheating.
