A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

OK, nigger lover.

Oh look! An internet tough guy. What fun..

Actually, I can't abide Black people. Particularly African American women who are nothing more than parasites, imo. But if you compare Black Brazilian hookers to some of the White troons shown on here you can see they come closer to passing than their Whiter counterparts usually do.

“Individuals with Asperger’s Disorder usually want to fit in and have interaction with others, but often they don’t know how to do it,” reads the autism society’s website. “They may be socially awkward, not understanding conventional social rules or show a lack of empathy.”

Well. Try telling that to PCSO Connor Freel, a 25-year-old transgender police officer from England, who was reportedly “upset and embarrassed” by a teenager with Asperger’s who shouted at the officer, “is it a boy or is it a girl?”

For the crime of thinking out loud, Declan Armstrong, 19, was put under a nighttime curfew and ordered to pay £590, including the £200 compensation to Freel, according to the Daily Mail. Quite apart from the fact that this is blatant disability discrimination, there appears to be a double standard here. As pointed out below, when Tara Wolf, a young man who identifies as a woman, punched an elderly feminist in the face all he got was a £150 fine.

Was it inappropriate and untactful for Armstrong to voice his curiosity in this way? Well, sure. Just as it’s inappropriate and untactful for a child to ask a woman who is overweight, “is there a baby in your tummy?” But while this is obviously awkward, it is not clear that it is “hateful.” And in any case, it is surely the job of the adult — or in this situation: the police officer — to shrug it off?

Truth be told, when a person presents as the sex opposite to that which they were born, the result is often ambiguity in the eye of the beholder. So Armstrong’s question, however indelicate, may well be a thought that would occur to many people. This is why attempting to police this is literal thought policing and deserves determined opposition.

A TEENAGER had been handed a curfew after he was found guilty of a hate crime against a transgender PCSO.

Declan Joel Armstrong, 19, of Victory Court in Mold, had denied using threatening words or behaviour against Connor Freel in October last year, but had been convicted following a trial on January 23. PCSO Freel had been out on patrol, in full uniform, on October 16 and was walking down Chester Street, in the direction of Mold Police station when he noticed Armstrong and a female friend, who were both on push bikes on the opposite side of the road.

Rhian Jackson, prosecuting, said how PCSO Freel had known both the defendant and his friend for around 12 years, having grown up with them in the local community. It was around 12 noon when Armstrong shouted in the officer's direction, "is it a boy or is it a girl", which he took as being aimed at him, as a transgender person. The female with Armstrong smiled at the officer and the exact same comment was shouted at him again. The incident left the officer feeling "upset and embarrassed" as the town had been busy at the time with plenty of footfall from the weekly market that was taking place that day.

PCSO Freel works closely with North Wales Police Diversity Unit and took part in a campaign in 2018 to highlight the challenges faced by people who have transitioned from one sex to another and the hate crime they can be subjected to. He decided to make a complaint about the abusive comments shouted at him by Armstrong, as he felt they had been done with very little regard for the uniform he was wearing at the time.

In a victim personal statement, PCSO Freel said he regularly talks to youths about the importance of recognising and reporting hate crime against transgender people. He said he knew he was putting himself "in the public eye" and in a vulnerable position when taking such an active lead on the issue and becoming involved in promoting diversity. The comments made by Armstrong had caused him "distress" and "embarrassment" and he stated how he had joined North Wales Police to stand up for marginalised members of the community.

He said it was not acceptable to shout abuse and especially at people who were there to protect the public and how the incident had left him feeling reluctant to undertake foot patrols in the area as it might lead to more negative behaviour. However, he said that not challenging such behaviour would only seek to re-enforce that it was acceptable.

When interviewed by police, Armstrong told officers he had been cycling back to his friend's home after they had both been the chip shop for their lunch and that he didn't make the alleged comments.

Probation officer Tracey Flavell, who interviewed Armstrong before the hearing, told the court that although he had been found guilty at a trial, he continued to deny he had made the comments and suggested because the town centre had been busy on the day, that PCSO Freel had "made a mistake". She said Armstrong had no underlying derogatory attitudes but was unable to analyse it any further due to him maintained his innocence.

Mrs Flavell told the court that Armstrong, who has Asperger's, lived with his mother and grand parents, and acted as a full time carer for the man he consider's to be his father, assisting him with shopping tasks around his home. She said that although Armstrong demonstrated limited maturity, she considered him to be of low risk of a reconviction and that the intervention of probation was not necessary at this stage, due to a lack of a pattern in his behaviour. She did however state that he had shown some insight into the distress that could be caused by making such comments.

Gary Harvey, defending, said his client had told him that he doesn't really know the victim at all and holds no prejudice against anyone. Armstrong would be very embarrassed to read about the incident in the paper, he said, and that the matter would clearly "taint him". Mr Harvey said his client had been through enough stress to consider appealing against his conviction and requested that the District Judge consider him as a man of good character.

District Judge Roger Lowe agreed and told Armstrong that he had not heard the evidence against him but that the Magistrates had found him guilty following a trial. He went on to say that he would be taking the view of the probation service that he did not hold any prejudicial views or have entrenched discriminatory attitudes.

District Judge Lowe said how the incident had been aggravated by the fact Mr Freel was a PCSO and had been on uniformed duty at the time and that he would have to uplift his sentence due to the nature of the crime.

Armstrong must observe a curfew between the hours of 9pm-7am for the next 12 weeks and was ordered to pay £200 compensation to his victim, which the Judge said he hoped Mr Freel wouldn't be insulted by, but he "had to put a figure on it". Armstrong must also pay costs of £300 and a surcharge of £90.

This is not the first time PCSO Lesbo Tranny has been in the news for her fee-fees being hurt.

“I went on to study criminology and criminal justice at Wrexham’s Glyndwr University and completed my dissertation on transgender hate crime.

“I want to go back to university and do a PhD in transgender hate crime with a view of becoming a lecturer.”

Note: PCSO is not a real policeman/woman, it's something like a litter warden.

Seems like she's spent years aching to be hate crimed and this is the best she could come up with, some sped asking if she was a man or a woman.

Real men don’t cry crocodile tears and tattle tell. some, but not all, autist don’t like lying and if they hear everyone calling a woman with a pube beard sir, they want the air cleared. The aspie wasn’t too socially unaware to know that it wasn’t a man.

I mean...I haven’t. But, I’ve also never projected myself into any impossible scenarios. Even my fantasies had to seem achievable, like the elaborate fantasy I had about nuclear apocalypse reducing the total # of women in the world down the levels it would take for me to be able to land Colin Firth.

He's rumored to be a pussy hound if that helps.

Should someone this weak and hypersensitive even be allowed to be a police officer?

It is now literally illegal to be a retard and troons have brought back bullying tards.

If the kid suffers from gender dysphoria, the councelor is meant to tell their parents pretty much.
This is what should happen. The UK has a strong framework of safeguarding for kids and this is a key part of it (it’s called confidential disclosure.) After several really awful cases in which kids were abused/killed, the subsequent inquests found that confidential disclosure - adults being able to keep secrets, was a big factor in hindering help.
You should NEVER promise a child confidentiality. Once an adult and a child have a secret, that secret can, and often is, used as leverage to control and abuse the child. All the child safety bodies back this. You’re supposed to encourage your kids to be able to bring anything to you and never have secrets with others (past the sort of ‘what dad is getting for his birthday kind of stuff.)
So good on South Dakota. Incidentally, the trans activists are dead set on dismantling the safeguarding rules in the UK. Why would that be?

He's not a police officer. PCSOs are "police community support officers", a scheme invented by the Blair government to disguise the reorganisation of our police forces into remote paramilitary commands, by creating the illusion of regular foot patrols. They have nearly no powers.

I've just written an effortpost on this paper and posted it on TransEthics thread. Allow me to copy-paste it here:

Contrary to what CNN claims, the study has not yet been published on the journal Pediatrics, but appears on their website as a pre-print (full text here). It is a cross-sectional, retrospecive, correlational study that relied on pre-existing data, and the finding is that youths who wanted puberty suppression and got it have much fewer suicide ideations than youths who wanted puberty suppression and didn't get it.

(Someone please do a study to compare the suicide rate of children who wanted a PS4 and got it vs. those who wanted a PS4 and didn't get it!)

Joking aside, the major flaw of the study is that the researchers relied on a pre-existing survey, instead of making a survey themselves. Hence they can only accounted for some, but not most, of the factors that might affect youth suicide. Adolescents who had access to puberty blockers -- especially when it was first used on "trans kids" back in 1998 -- were likely to come from a higher social class, had more "supportive" parents, and had easier access to psychiatric services. The researchers accounted for family support, but not social class of the parents at the time of treatment (the survey this study based on had asked about the subject's own social class in the year 2015. This is important information to be sure, but less relevant as a confounding factor). Access or use of psychiatric services at the time of transition was not accounted for at all.

And note how I underline the word ideations? because it is the sole thing that the researcher found. CNN irresponsibly claims "if (transgender youths) have access to a puberty blocker, their chances of suicide and mental health problems in the immediate term and down the road decline significantly", but this is wrong. Puberty blockade are only associated with fewer suicide thoughts; the recipients' chance of planning a suicide, or actually committing self-harm or suicide, were NOT reduced (Table 2 of the paper). Block-receivers report less "past-month severe psychological distress" than non block-receivers, but the result did not hold up to multivariate analysis (i.e. when you factor in social class, income, etc).

The TL;DR: GnRH agonists are at best feel-good drugs. They haven't been shown to save lives.

CNN doesn't interview the researchers, but some random gender quack called Dr. Michelle Forcier, who compared puberty blockers to asthma inhalers:

Edit: for more comments on the story I recommend following the Twitter of Dr. Michael Laidlaw, an endocrinologist who has been very outspoken about the abuse of GnRH agonists. He is aware of the CNN story but hasn't addressed it yet.

The Unicode Consortium is addressing the lack of tranny flags, tranny Santa Clauses, tranny Muslims, etc. in emojis.

A new batch of emojis to be released in 2020 includes men in wedding dresses, and a gender-neutral Santa.

The list, released by Unicode Consortium, contains 117 new symbols, expanding what can be said through pictures and symbols.

In 2019 it released emojis of same-sex couples, but received some criticism for not including the transgender flag, which is now being added.

The new release was met with a mostly positive response on social media.

Anna Lytical, a self-described drag queen, said the new emojis were representative of a broader range of people and a gave a voice to marginalised people.

"Getting to see yourself... is validation that you are being heard and that your voice matters."

Unicode Consortium, a non-profit organisation based in California, is responsible for choosing the emojis for Apple and Android devices.

As well as more gender-inclusive symbols, the Emoji 13.0 additions include:

  • a set of pinched fingers to symbolise a common Italian hand gesture
  • anatomical heart and lungs
  • hugging people
  • a fondue pot
  • bubble tea
  • bottle-feeding parents
Last year's release was criticised for not including a transgender flag
But there were complaints on social media that the new emojis were still not inclusive enough of racial diversity. Some on Twitter said they should have included symbols of mixed-race families and a wider range of hairstyles.

No specific date was given for when the emojis would be released.

Apple typically adds new emojis when it releases an updated operating system in the autumn.
Variations of existing emojis now approved for 2020 include a woman or gender-inclusive person in a tuxedo, as well as a gender-neutral person or a man in a veil. These, along with other approved emojis, will be coming to phones later this year.[2]

Also included in this update is a gender-inclusive alternative to 🎅 Santa Claus and 🤶 Mrs. Claus, named Mx. Claus.

Story

Long story short, a guy raped fifteen children between the ages of one and thirteen. Because he's decided to transition to a woman and is taking hormones to do so, his testosterone levels have been lowered. A court has now ruled that this fucker is allowed to leave prison (he was previously incarcerated for an "indefinite period of time") because he is no longer viewed as a "violent sexual predator".

Bets being taken on when he will reoffend.
