So DSP is trying to lie and he's about to have a very bad time because of it. Why would he lie like this when he knows detractors keep track of these details. Is he hoping his creditors are big fans and know he did nothing wrong?

This fucking guy is claiming he also has no EIN or businesses period. Im fairly certain his entire fucking Tax argument is because he hasn't been paying his taxes for his Business right?

I deserve all the grief for even suggesting it, deserved haha.

Back on course of the topic, how much will this lying hurt Phil? And is it too late for him to correct these gross omissions of information? And just how did he even get more all those credit cards, through more lies? So many questions and confusion still!

Oh my god Phil's going to jail

I've never really experienced this before. We're witnessing a crime right as it happens before the legal system notices. I guess the Zoophile stuff is in a similar genre, but it's like a whole other medium when it's financial and not animal abuse. Animal abuse gets you raped in prison, fraud gets you raped by the government itself. Jesus this is intense even if he doesn't get copped.

Could be that Jasper was bought by Kat, and since DSP is the only debtor in this case, he legally doesn't own the cat. Or something?

Tells the court he has no business or EIN for the business while also claiming he has business expenses and business income.

DSP had to register a business with the IRS during the tax saga.

Because of this his business has an EIN. The fact he says he doesn't have a business (despite being a sole proprietorship at the same time?) is baffling.

The fucking IRS told him he has a business last year. You think the courts not gonna be able to see that?

Baffling. How much of this did his 'lawyer' touch? Did he lie to her, fill out the paperwork himself, or is she more incompetent than Phil's supposed tax attorney?

I believe Phil has to prove these $5250 monthly expenses for the business. The only thing I could see him trying is that THE OFFICE of BURNELL PRODUCTIONS is most of that.
