Is he including his house payment in that because he works from home?

for his mortgage payment, by law he can only claim it as a business expense based on $5 per square foot up to 300^2 ft

his office is a bedroom but he's claiming $1800?

$1800 comes out to 360^2 ft or 33m^2, over the threshold and a lie because his "office" isn't that big

How in the FUCK is he trying to justify 5000 dollars in business expenses per month?

"Ughhhh I was streaming WWE 2k20 and trying to make my personalized wrestler looking like my idol Hogen, so in order to familiarize with the character for my streaming audience I went to my mobile game WWE champion and spent 5k to pull a golden Hogen card, okay?"

*wet snort*

He isn't listing his PayPal accounts.

All his claimed routine personal living expenses are: his monthly mortgage on the Wakando of $1,800 + $360 home maintenance + $150 Electric bill + $25 Water bill + $600 food bill + $100 clothing/laundry + $100 Entertainment + $500 Federal backtax payment + $380 car payment + $160 Phone Bill + $100 Misc. & Personal Hygiene + $100 for Jasper(his cat) equalling $5,112 per month!

I find it very suspicious that his routine personal living expenses and his average monthly 'Business Expenses & Necessary Operating Costs' is almost exactly the same amount as this list. I believe he is claiming most of these personal living expenses as business expenses because he pignosis'ed himself into thinking that was legit.

He takes the $9,234 average Gross Monthly Income from his business, subtracts $5,244 of average monthly 'Business Expenses & Necessary Operating Costs' from his gross Income, claims the remainder amount of $3,990 as his "Income", adds that to Kathy's income from Fred Meyer to claim a total household income of $5,077. . .and then claims his monthly household net income is -$35 by subtracting his 'Personal Living Expenses' from their combined household income. .for many of those expenses he is subtracting them twice as both a business expense and a monthly household expense. He did this to cook the books on his Income so he would qualify for Chapter 7 instead of having to be on a repayment plan and a court approved budget for 5 years.

PHIL BURNELL LIED ABOUT HIS INCOME TO QUALIFY FOR CHAPTER 7. He claimed average monthly personal expenses as business expenses. He then asserted that there was absolutely no need to do a means test to see if he qualified for Chapter 7 bankruptcy :story:

Edit: @Bryan Dunn you read correctly, according to his filing Phil brings in $3,990 above his entire household's monetary needs per month. I'm assuming that's plenty for minimum payments on credit cards + WWE Champions. There in black & white is how Phil has a $40,000+ WWE Champions account.

Also $0 in charitable donations in the last 2 years.

He also refused to name his wife! Part of the form asks 'Do you have a spouse?' Phil responded 'Yes'. The form then says to list them and Phil left it blank. I had to protect my family dood :stress:

This nigger lied to about not having any electronics on an official filing of bankruptcy? I don't know which reality I want to come true. Do I want the pigroach's ability to survive anything to beat out the government and courts, or do I want his luck to finally run out in the most glorious way possible?

So what document can we expect next? A notice of form received by the court or straight to judgement?

Probably a question @AnOminous. Can a Bankruptcy court order you to cease certain behaviors that are harming your financial dealings? Like Gambling or playing shitty mobile games?

Yes. It's not a court of general jurisdiction so it can't straight up force you to do anything, but it can kick you out of the sanctuary of bankruptcy back into the cold cruel world of foreclosure and debt collection, hold you in contempt like any other court, or refer the matter for criminal prosecution if you persist in foolishness like DSP is opening with.

Do we know if he keeps money in the paypal? Maybe it filters to his bank automatically and then right out to his multiple debts?
You can like up to 8 different bank accounts to PayPal. My guess would be Kat's account is connected to his PayPal and he slides money into her account to keep it out of his.
