Upon further inspection of the documents that were presented, I have altered the artistic rendition of DSP's finances I posted earlier this week to represent reality a little bit more accurately:

LSB has been going over the papers on his stream and there was a section that Pig signed agreeing that lying on these is perjury and can be punished with up to $250,000 or 20 years in prison or both.

because it has always worked for him. he really lives in his own little bubble where everyone else is a mentally retarded kid and he, the streetsmart former bodybuilder, can easily scam them without any repercussions.
i really hope this will be his end.

you guys know when he falls hes gonna blame the detractors, its our fault he cant make a decent living while making over 100k a year, its our fault he has 13 credit cards and it is 500k in debt. we steal the money right frmo out under him. noone else in the world can live a good life making less than 100k so how the fuck do other ppl expect him to do it, detractors ruined his career

I'm a fucking UK autist with no legal knowledge beyond how my country works and I found gaps in this paperwork within 2 minutes.

Surely he HAS to answer questions about all of this in court. It makes absolute zero sense... Basic information like what his business expenses consist of and being forced to prove they are real would bring all of this crashing down.

I can't believe he paid to see a lawyer and still submitted this. I'm absolutely blown away... This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

I'd bet DSP got to that $5000 a month business expenses because he's including
  • the mortgage (I can't do my job anywhere but this very condo),
  • his internet fees,
  • all the games he buys (the dude probably legit spends $500/month on games because he plays new releases once and never again),
  • probably his electricity,
  • probably his fancy water or whatever since he needs it for his throat,
  • Paypal fees (I lose $0.30 on a $1 transaction!).

Again, put me in the camp that DSP is not "lying" about any of this in the sense that he would absolutely pass a polygraph exam that all of this is true. That is how narcissists work.

Some of you think this is Phil finally paying the price for his decade-plus of financial negligence, but in reality it's the last trial on his long road to apotheosis. If he survives this, absolutely nothing will ever be capable of stopping him and he will ascend to godhood. If he doesn't, his spirit is sealed for one thousand eons and will return again to conquer the early neo-Youtube of the cyber-future.

Either way, Phil wins.
