Ehh.... I'd say with Chuck it's an issue of "Heart is in the right place" Like you can see what he was trying to do with each and everything he has done. It does seem like he has given up on lecturing people at least so there is that. He must have realized that no matter what he did, this is a avalanche type of situation that will not be able to be stopped by anyone or anything besides it's OWN momentum. So best just get out of the way of it, a bit optimistic of me, yes.
