- Greg breaks up with Shiloh. They are no longer dating. Shiloh is no longer Gregs girlfriend.
- Shiloh starts dating someone else. This new boyfriend is not Greg, Greg is not Shiloh's boyfriend, because Shiloh, who is not dating Greg anymore, has a new boyfriend.
- Shiloh gets pregnant again, by her new boyfriend, who is not Greg.

At no point did Shiloh cheat on Greg, and Shiloh's first baby was Greg's child.
