A wellness check is lightly armed police knocking on your door to see if you've killed yourself with the goal of preventing your death.

He's a lolcow. I have no problem with that designation. However, I tend to put lolcows into different categories, much in the same way this site does with its tags. When I see stuff like this bodycam footage, or DSP's bankruptcy filings, I find myself lamenting the fact we often don't get receipts this good on the people who need to be thrown under a jail.

Maybe that's just me. As long as people find Boogie entertaining in one form or another, it ain't my place to shit on this parade. I just wanted to get that off my chest. I, for one, am hoping that 2020 isn't just a year of cows burning themselves out, but one where the worst of humanity we've documented gets what's coming to them. A true year of karma, if you will..

Bingo.

I live in an apartment complex with a lot of elderly and disabled. What I saw in that body cam is basically what I see around here about once or twice a week. Plus, the fucking fire department and EMS is here at least once a day. It's more mundane than Matt. I barely even think about it.

Nobody in their right mind can call this a SWATing.

1. has left comments under at least two other Youtube videos, the oldest one being from 8 months ago:

It's not that hard to believe that Boogie still has a few die hards out there. I kind of thought this guy types too intelligently to be boogie honestly. Entire comments without typos.

I think we can agree that SWATting can describe a level of inconvenience short of waking up to an entry team blowing down your door and away your dog.

Not sure a friendly chat where the cops ignore the enormous barrier to entry that you have in your doorway counts.
