Imagine being a 20 year old guy, wanting to eat like a 20 year old guy, and fucking yourself over after years and years of hormones and blockers, reducing your natural body to that of a blob with no impulse control. Honestly, jazz is better off just joining the the ace community, with other asexuals. The ace crowd is not about what genitals you have or how you identify and all that ( although it has been infiltrated with the loonies lately). Its just people who simply have little to no sex drive and they are not bothered by it in the least. They actually may see it as an asset because they are not distracted by raging hormones. You have to admit that hormones and a sex drive do lead some people into some of the stupidest decisions.
They have normal relationships except for the lack of sex. They arent militantly against sex, they just prefer their life without it. Its just a non issue in their life.
They can be quite an interesting group. I stumbled upon them while researching an article and found them to be a great forum for decent conversations without all the flirting, sexist bs and thirsty idiots. ( kf is very cool that way also) .
Thats honestly the only happy ending i can see for jazz.

No, maybe i didnt explain it properly but they absolutely werent a group about identify politics and sex. In fact they were kinda the exact opposite because they were fed up with all of that being pushed on them and people trying to label them or "fix" them. It was all just a non issue to them. They were focused on other things ( jobs, art, hobbies, family, etc).

Some had medical reasons for being that way and some were that way after bad experiences in childhood but no one focused on why they were that way. It was a non issue. The forum was just so they could gather and talk without people always pushing sex, gender and that into the mix.

i just figured jazz could benefit from such a mix of people because jazz has been overexposed to sexual identity, sex politics, gender , labels and hoping something will magically " fix" them.

Because jazz is still mentally ill enough to think that surgery is the answer. Plus mommy is a HUGE enabler. Then add in that the trans community is pushing jazz as their little star. But hopefully one day jazz will have enough and break free.
But if jazz can ever get their mental health under control and realize that no amount of surgery will fix it and that they need to just accept themself as they are, then they have a chance of having a happier, more normal life. Yeah rate me optimistic on that cuz even i think.it is a long shot.

But jazz has a lifetime to live in that body of theirs so they might as well accept it and get comfy with it.

Jazz needs someone like walt heyer in their life to help them get over this trans and dysphoria stuff.

The way they talk about binge eating is just weird to me. Are they against getting some kind of therapy for Jazz to deal with it? And therapy other than the fucking hypnotist or whatever?

They talk about it like it's such a horrible thing yet they seem to do absolutely nothing to try and solve the problem. Trying to eat healthier won't fix binge eating disorder.

The guy is fixated in fucking, either because the castration couldn't get rid of that basic instinct or, if it did, it's because that's what normal people do (ETA: also, he's a kid with a new toy; and like any kid with a new toy, he wants to use it). If he becomes asexual, it'd be out of resignation/frustration/sex feeling like a torture. In the current insanity revolving around people's crotches, he'd be better off isolating himself from anything gendersexual and doing his own thing away from people who would without a doubt use him as a figurehead for their agendas.

As far as the binge eating, that shit is tenacious. It won't go away with two therapy sessions and hypnosis. He needs to get a nutritionist on top of the shrink. It'll take him months at best to be able to gain enough discipline while either replacing that impulse with a different activity or redirecting his binges towards less caloric snacks (gelatin is a classic).
I have no idea how he'll work around exercise, tho. If he wants to be in his best shape, the weights are a must and he'll want to do basic bitch workouts for sure: every days is leg day. If he can't even sit down, I don't know how the fuck he's going to do squats.

Best choice for him is doing the black coffee and nicotine diet at this point. Mouth/lung cancer doesn't have a chance against all the damage he's already done anyway.

Surgery and medical intervention are necessary for Jazz, though. The "neovagina" will always have issues, requiring revision. Letting it close, fester, or otherwise degrade would be insanely dangerous. He can't detrans, either. What would testosterone treatment do for him, besides cause immense pain and swelling at the surgical site? Would his atrophied prostate even react? You need hormones to live, so estrogen it is.

He's a lifelong patient now, whether he likes it or not. He will need constant surgical and medical updates (i.e., tweaks to E, antibiotics, scar care/maintenance, pain management) as he ages. Even if he snaps, and condemns it all, he can't go it alone. Imagine he goes to Harvard, and winds up with a sudden, random infection of rupture. He gets wheeled in to a new hospital, with new doctors, at 3AM. Drs. Bowers and Ting are unavailable/unreachable. Do these unlucky doctors... dive in? Try and do their best with the enigma that is Jazz's body? Or do they wait, out of fear, and cause a whole 'nother slew of problems? Sepsis? More botched surgery? I don't blame the kid for staying home, lol.

As for the binge eating, damn. I'd be tempted to prescribe appetite suppressants. Why not? You already suppressed his entire life. What's a little Provigil or Topamax? Poor kid can barely walk without pain, and now you want him to fucking jog? Monsters all.

There are strategies like removing all the tempting stuff, not wolfing down your food but eating as slowly as possible and stretching the fuck out of that meal, drinking inhumane amounts of water, and, as I said earlier, picking diet snacks. He will be in a food coma after having 2 liters of gelatin in one sitting and will swear on his dick's grave not to do it ever again. Shit takes time, old habits die hard and all that, but it's doable if he cuts the crap. If he could set his mind on modifying his body to such degree, he can set his mind on not eating shit.

Something tells me his mother isn't going to help him at all tho, she wants him sad and miserable, and if being fat keeps him that way so be it.

-Opens up with Jazz in pain post-surgery. Perfect time to get Jazz hopped up on pain meds! A+ parenting. Jazz is completely miserable. Imagine doing this shit to a teenager.
-The Quacks arrive. Jazz gets to look at the Hamburger Helper down below. They're going to create a "labia" out of loose skin. This Wait and See approach is so fucking callous.
-Amir! At long last! They're apparently "not in a good place". So why invite him at all? He shows absolutely no real interest in Jazz's pain, even though he claims to be into Jazz. The whole scene is awkward and forced.
-Jazz gets an anxiety attack out of nowhere and bursts into tears. It makes him look like a complete nutcase but given the surgery, I don't really blame him. Amir bails.
-Cut to 1 month later. Supposedly Jazz's "vagina" looks good. Press X to doubt. This is where the dumb clip about Jazz's binge-eating is featured. Jazz does horrific squatting to show off his vagina. I cringed so hard.
-One of the twins gives off incel vibes. He's jealous of his brother's relationship and wore a Single shirt earlier. I feel bad since he could become more confident with parental encouragement/advice but good luck with that shit having Jeanette and her favoritism around.
-Jazz goes on an airboat with his two girl friends. Jazz thinks he "understands things better" and is "growing". Poor baby will be 12 forever.
-Jazz is leaning towards Pomona University for college, even though Jazz's parents are trying to push him towards Harvard.
-Jazz still claims to be pansexual and goes on a moral high horse of loving people for their consciousness or soul. Blegh.
-Jazz is going to set her single brother up with FriendZone Victoria's friend. Jazz holds out hope for Victoria but like fuck if that's happening.
-Oh god. Jeanette goes to hang out with other loud clucking hags. Getting odd flashbacks to when I saw Mamma Mia for the first time. In that the urge to put my face in an oven sounds pretty good right about now. Jeanette teaches them how to be an indulgent parent that never says no. She brags about Jazz getting into Harvard and acts like a smug bitch in clearly not wanting Jazz to make his own choices.
-Jazz apparently has constant "dilation problems", even faking it sometimes. Jeanette apparently helps him dilate to make sure he does it.
-Jazz suddenly calls Jeanette to come running upstairs because something is wrong. AKA Jeanette gets to look at Jazz's privates and take pics. Jazz's "urethra" is apparently huge and a giant bulge. Disgusting. Bowers gets on the phone and tells him that it's leftover erectile tissue. ANOTHER. FUCKING. SURGERY.
-Jeanette makes Greg uncomfortable to get him to schedule another surgery. Greg looks like he wants to bolt out of there. Like always, he gets bullied into saying yes, though idk when the surgery would be.
-Jazz is in a bikini waiting for Noelle. Aka the Cosmo-looking guy that envies Jazz for being on blockers. Jazz is flabby and putting on weight, showing off his moobs. Of course they talk about surgeries. Jazz says there's something "deep" about the surgery. Sure. Insurance apparently isn't covering Noelle's surgery. This of course is all leading up to Jazz deciding to raise money for Noelle's surgery via the stupid drag show.
-Jazz and her bro are going on a double date with Victoria and her friend. They're canoeing or some shit. Must be nice having disposable reality tv money.
-Victoria broke up with her girlfriend. She isn't interested in Jazz though. Jazz thinks he has a shot at romance in college. Nope.jpg.
-Episode over. Not much happened except that Jazz's "vagina" is once again falling apart.
