They have no idea how to socialise the old dogs and the new dogs. They just expected them to bond with one another which was stupidly unrealistic, especially with a pair of litter mates in the mix. That's not even taking into account the size mismatch and the need to actively supervise dog play when you have large and small dogs interacting.

They've got plenty of room and Greta has all the time in the world plus basic fabrication skills. They could easily set up an agility course which would give the pups physical and mental stimulation and do stuff like nose work with them. There are tons of fear free dog training videos on youtube, so they can't use the excuse of being unable to afford to train their dogs.

Yeah but, that sounds like work.

I'm sure my last post here said something to this effect, but it's kind of ridiculous that kiwis are consistently calling the failures of these two with pinpoint accuracy. Well before they even had the dogs, some users called that they wouldn't socialize or train them at all and that the house would be destroyed. Lo and behold, it happened exactly as expected.

These two really shouldn't own any animals, or possibly even any property. I'm not looking forward to the next few weeks of this thread because I can almost guarantee we're going to see more posts about the animals either grievously injuring or killing eachother. I think the Greta and Nina dismissal letter even included a line about "protecting their own," but it's been a while since I read it.

It's such a foolproof set-up, but Greta and Nina are giant fools.

The fact that they own vacation property in California overlooking a lake in a popular recreation area while claiming to have no way to pay TLL back is just insulting. They even had a boat and full time staff.

Yeah, the space to list alternative beginning and end dates on their 990s is blank, so it should be the calendar year. They were on pace to almost double their theft total in 2018.
