Y’all are right and Peetz gets no say in this move. Landlords do though. Peetz at 35 has a low wage job and Chantel, at the same age, has none. And hasn’t in years. Not exactly ideal tenants.

If I’m right and Peetz has been living with family, he has nothing to show he was a tenant and landlords usually require previous rental agreements and proof you’ve paid on time. But maybe he does have a real roommate-then that still doesn’t mean he can just move when she demands, he has them and their lease to consider. Not to mention that it’s a lot harder (and more expensive) to rent a place with pets. Plus there is first/last and deposits. We know Chantel won’t have it, does Peetz? Or is grams stuck with that too.

Maybe all this is easier in Canada, but where I am-because it’s so hard to kick a bad tenant out-they are super careful and strict before allowing a rental.

Whatever happens, we won’t get the truth-again. It’ll be shrouded in lies, just like the imaginary sisters and roommates, the relationships with best friends and doctors appointments about eating disorders and psychiatrists, and all the plant-based diets and fasts. All a mere figment of her imagination.

She may end up at grandmas, filming in front of a garbage bag again, lying and promising to take us on a house tour of her place with Peetz, which will never happen.

Whatever it is, we’ll finally get to say “this is fun” again, and mean it! She’s been on the same cycle for too long, it’s nice to add a new spoke to the wheel, even if it’s temporary.

She is chewing, and giving one of those little angry micro-shakes of her head and angry-looking wide-eyes she has when something ticks her off... Some little moment may have transpired right there. I imagine Bibi has been going around giving her the evil eye all day, which firmed up her resolve to move out sooner, rather than in October.

The return of the sister is an interesting twist. Remember when the sister left? Chantal was so happy she told us twice she wanted to walk around her apartment naked. Bet she did, too...

I'm not sure Peetz has agreed to anything yet. If he decides to keep his life simple and manageable, and therefore do nothing, ole Clotso may wind up back home with mom and half-sis, which would be a massive blow to her massive ego. Plus, she'll have to put up with mom's constant fat jokes and sis' mean scowls, eye rolls, and gagging faces. I've kind of always envisioned Chantal dying at the family home all along, and we are getting near the time.

At least Chantal finally lived up to one of her perennial New Year's promises. On New Year's 2021, she will not be sitting at the same kitchen table she has occupied for three years. Atta gorl, Chantal! Goals!

I also think the Africa trip was when everything went down and that it is very plausible he has an African bride waiting to be delivered.
