15 is not the age of consent in that state. It's 17. Manjawlo threw out that number 1 or 2 days AFTER she first acknowledged that it happened. Probably AFTER she read up on the age of consent. In her initial posts she didn't deny any numbers. At the least, what she did is sexual assault.

As far as I know there are no laws against kissing... but that doesn't mean it isn't creepy for an adult to be kissing a child on the lips. They wanted Vic canceled for friendly pecks on a cheek or forehead, but they're circling the wagons for Lyin' Cunt actually sticking her tongue down some kid's face.
