I admit I don't use Paypal all that much, but would the transactions have names attached anyway? The email addresses could, I guess, be like firstname.lastname@whatever.com, but I'd be a little surprised if there was an actual name listed in the transactional record.
I think that if the transaction comes from someone that is also using a PayPal account, the transaction will show all their information (aside from ssn and such). I purchased a commissioned piece of art (hand sculpted Mr. X from the resident evil 2 remake) and when I made the payment through PayPal, the seller already had all my info (name, address, phone number, etc). I don't know how it looks coming from an anonymous contribution for those who don't have a PayPal account.

He said today, and I assume multiples times, that the first thing the creditors would take from his house is the banged up dusty statues. Yes phil, these people will meticulously hire people to clean your shit, list them on ebay, pay storage for your crap.

All of this before your half a million condo and car you don't fucking use. You absolutly need those to play video games badly on a smelly love seat.

And by the way, mid first bank agrees with me

The bank is not gonna just come and just like, take my house or whatever, and you're a complete idiot who doesn't understand how liquidation works.

Now he's telling us that TIHYDPs are why he's declaring bankruptcy. This is a disaster

It's literally exactly how it works if he gets put into receivership and he drags his heels.

Yes, Phil. You just keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better.

Just remember, when the big moving truck rolls up to pack up your shit for auction: you did nothing wrong. You did everything correct. And most importantly, its Tevin's fault.

Depending on the situation, they can do anything from drag everything subject to liquidation off to (more commonly) taking an inventory of it and tagging everything, along with a description, and forbidding it from being moved.

In the case of forbidden movement, if it goes that way, I have this assumption that Phil is pentulant enough that he'd want to take the selling into his own hands or some dumb shit like that - what sort of penalty would be expected for going against that?

I know if you sell non-exempt assets to buy exempt assets your new exempt assets are not exempt. If you sell non-exempt assets worst case your bankruptcy is dismissed.

Yeah he seems to think the creditors are going to do all the legwork he is too lazy to do and clean all the junk out of his house and sell it for him. Then all his debts will be erased, he won't have to work 6 days a week anymore, and pretty sure today I read something about a post bankruptcy vacation. Sorry if that last part is old news was doing some catching up.

He's clearly had this plan in his head for awhile, at least since his YouTube money dropped after his move, probably longer. Not sure who would have a road map for their life that includes "declare bankruptcy" but it isn't surprising it was Phil.

If it's been bagged and tagged, it's after a court order. You'd be in contempt of court. So prison. Or a giant fine. Or your bankruptcy gets dismissed.

lol, excuse me, what? Please tell me he didn't actually say this. He'd be lucky if he could splurge on chinese take out, and if dipshit is really thinking about going on vacation when this has run through the system then he is even more lost than we first thought. How will he pay for a vacation? Credit cards? Vacation Fund stream? I didn't think that a regular person could be so nonchalant about bankruptcy. It's pretty intriguing to be honest.

Phil thinks by the start of June this will all be over and he will have a household income of $10K per month and between (mortgage, car, utilities, and insurance) he will only have $3 - $4K total monthly bills.

He legit thinks bankruptcy is going to make him rich.

He's also said almost a dozen times now that the only property of his that might be liquidated in the bankruptcy are his gamer statues, "AND THAT'S IT!"

He did a MineCraft rant tonight and part of it was Phil lying to himself about how "I'm not a scammer because my bankruptcy filing proves I don't have any munny now." He's really trying to convince himself that the bankruptcy court officials are going to look at his filing and go 'Whoa! WTF dood? You don't have any munny!" and then not look at his payment histories and notice he's lying about how he spends his money and continues to make luxury purchases instead of repaying his debts.

The statues he complains about being to difficult to sell. Just because he can't figure out how to ship them. He could just sell them through an auction company. Hell they could list it as Darksydephil's shit and his weird♿whales would buy it just to have something Phil touched.

The King of Suffering just has to make everything impossible. Not that it would matter the idiot will still just spend spend spend.

Though when this is over if Kat has any sense, anytime he tries to take out a new loan or credit card. Just smack noodle arms in the back of the head. No Philip you can't have an extra line of credit.

I believe he's planning a honeymoon, after the bankruptcy

Yeah he definitely thinks that, and it also proves that he knows his bankruptcy filing is complete shit. He claims he has negative income, without even paying any of his credit cards/loans/CT mortgage. Does he not think his creditors are going to look back at his payment history and say "huh, you were making payments 6 months ago, now you can't, but you have the same income, which is net negative?"

He doesn't realize that he's not the first idiot to try to pull this scam, and creditors hire people specifically to look at these claims. Smart people with experience. If it was your job to find people trying to screw with the company you worked for, I'm sure you'd be thrilled to tell your boss "look what this dipshit it trying to pull!" Hell, these guys might even work on commission. It might mean a fat bonus check to get this guy's bankruptcy dismissed.

Phil's playing with fire. He's going up against the big dogs, multi-billion dollar corporations, the IRS, bankruptcy judges, etc, and has the nerve to say he's going to take honeymoon after he's done screwing over all of them. Only his pigroach luck can save him now.
