Damn it, I hate when Nick teases something.
I know something had to have happened between Monica and Vic. I can just feel it. He's repeatedly stated he was never sexually attracted to Marchi, but not Rial.

I think I know the answer, but can a defense argument be made that Vic has been mentioning and denying the rumors (in regards to being Creep Vic Bad) means he's inserting himself into a public controversy and is thus a limited public figure?

I don't think so, since the controversy never existed as a serious movement until the defendants' actions (whereupon Vic denied, went silent, then sent out his papers). Also, he never tried to publicly influence opinions on Monica's almost-rape or Jamie's hair yank.

That's me though, and I can be dumb.
