I can't think of a single troon who doesn't talk about having mental illnesses, plural. I've come to strongly suspect that being diagnosed with at least one mental illness (other than dysphoria) is true for just general transness, probably even enbies.

So a possible sign of being trans, rather than a troon, is to be someone who is capable of thinking that perhaps those mental illnesses don't come from being trans, but the other way around. Because fucking every troon with their multiple diagnoses, both professional and self-assigned, seems completely oblivious to that possibility.
