Folks often mistake "doxing" with releasing of personal private information gathered illegally and published without consent.
I'd phrase it as "People often try gaslighting the public into believing that posting public information is a crime to further their victim narratives." It's just the standard practice the intersectionalists use to rewrite definitions/language to control the conversation.

Our lemon-shaped Furher sure is spouting some nonsensical garbage. I can't tell if he is trashing Ty, praising himself, and insulting himself all at once. It is quite strange. I can't think much of the lateness of their cross appeal, as it is most likely to be accepted anyway. I mean, Judge Chupp never even bothered to answer Lemonhead about the fees and sanctions. So, it doesn't really seem to matter if people miss deadlines or don't bother to file shit at all.

As far as "doxxing" goes, the legality of it seems to be dependant on what type of info is being compiled and published. If someone were to obtain and publish private info that could not be obtained by legal methods, it is illegal. But if the info is just reposting shit on someone's Facebook and Instagram and the like, it isn't illegal. The type of info and the methods to obtain that information does indeed matter.

These people do realize that doxxing isn't a crime right? Is it scummy? Sure. But there's nothing illegal about posting publicly available information over the interwebs.
They simply don't want to own the fact that they are incredibly exceptionnal to the point of posting their own personal informations on social media.

It's also a modern trope of shucking responsibility onto the next person. The old, "Why should I have to be responsible with where I share my information? Everyone else should be responsible for me"

I'm fairly certain most of these people don't have any clear idea of what doxxing consists of. They just throw it around as something bad and scary sounding that people they don't like do. They're the sort that screams "doxxing" when they link their twitter account on their deviantart profile, then you point out what their deviantart account is on twitter; or sends you an email from their public email account and screams doxxing when you post the email.

BT, respectfully, kill yourself. And take that fat hyena Shane with you.

Not if you yourself didn't do anything illegal to get it. For instance, if you got someone's identity from a leak that resulted from someone else hacking something, you can do whatever you want with that information.

Case in point: Ron's SSN. Generally, you'd have have to do something illegal to get that information.

But in JosephTX's case, It was publicly available because the court clerks fucked up. Now it's on the Farms, and nothing is ever gone from the internet.

Vic's mother has apparently requested this picture be posted to the Farms (not sure about the validity of it, but it'll piss Monica and Jaime off while they had no conventions or fan meet-ups this weekend, I believe).

Hey guys, remember this shit from last month?

KV speds: LOL THEY CAN'T READ

Last month
Armgurl: Kinda sounds like you're encouraging your legion to harass, my dude.
KV speds: HES ENCOURAGING HIS FANS TO HARASS VICTIMS AND THEIR ALLIES

Dunno. Did Lemoine ever threaten to chop up a good boy or emotionally and physically abuse women?

Daaaaw, to think anyone would give the farm's an early sneak peak at Vic and fans together. I said this before but it really feels like that Vic has had more invites the last 3 months than Monica and Jamie have had recording sessions.

Want to know what I noticed when manjaw noticed or appears to have noticed when a narrative isn't going the way she wants it to, you see her not REALLY addressing anything related to Vic wise, or anything involving the anime industry she drowns out with political crap(Presidency and Politics and stuff). This topic must not be actually THAT important to her if she drops it so easily.

EDIT:And before any of you kickvic dipshits that definitely lurking here who go with the excuse of "oh we moved on" you don't understand what moving on means. It's when you are not effected by the topic as much or something close to 0. You dipshits have proven time and time again that you haven't nor want to move on from the attention you get from this.

It also could be; if I were to tinfoil it, that you are also trying to lull the support into thinking you are finally giving up your offense on Vic, when in reality you are just going to repeat this shit at a later date, it wouldn't surprise me on that part.

Hey guys remember when the kv basically said to Vic and their supporters to go off themselves?

And let's not forget Marchi's response to people bringing up these behaviors

Was recently reminded of those happening.

Is Lemoine admitting slyly, he was "Ron" in the Ronversations?

Maybe you should have done your Job to file that Appeal Brief for the fees, and sanctions as you're not getting paid.

So; the forces of moron. A typo or subtle reference to what folk commonly refer to as MoRonica or team MoRon? Could be typo.

The pied piper basically whisked away those kiddos cause he wasn't getting paid. Going to assume Lemwah ain't getting paid either.

Them kids were assumed to have been killed. Storywise, if I recall my fairytale lore somewhat correctly without looking it up.

Lemwah: all ya had to do was apply for that shit before the deadline. Not sure what your west-nile's holed brain is trying to get at.... But I can not imagine what you think is a trade.

Not sure if he is shitting on himself, his clients, or co-workers. Either way it looks weird as hell. Also I'm sure Rusty, who is the one doing the appeals stuff just loves the impromptu gay ops...

Wonder if he is as special as the rest of them.

Assuming for a moment that it is lemon, what are the legal implications of him pretending to be someone else to get information? Especially if that someone is tangentially involved in the case from afar? They've tried to drag nick into things so you can't just say hes an innocent spectator anymore. It seems like a sketchy way to get around a lack of discovery.
