A few days after getting a nice job with a clearance he not only lost it but had his clearance revoked for good. I have no idea what he did or what his job found (he has an AD twitter btw so place your bets). He was also a former military fur who worked at a contractor as well. I have no idea if he was caught looking at yiff or if he leaked something by accident, but that's something that basically says your career is over. Even not keeping on top of paying your taxes can get it revoked.
