Tells Stan to tell the Sheriff to keep on top of this because he's heard that they're putting people in prison who don't need to go to prison. Tells Stan to tell the Sheriff he misses him.

' GEDC0300': Filming a cop outside a house. We're gonna study this guys mind. Herk pretends to shoot him. Looks like it's doing good to me,

'GEDC0301': Still filming the cop. Now Jeffrey if I had of burned them houses for you we'd have had an inspector or fire marshall like this come in and analyse the happenings. Yeah. 'GEDC0359': Filming a cop car driving past. Hello sunshine where are you going. Pretends to shoot it a few times.

'GEDC0615': Herk stops a cop and asks if the Sheriff is available. Cop says he doesn't know the Sheriff's schedule. Herk asks the cop if he's going to stop him from going into the station and checking for the Sheriff. Cop says it's not open for 3 minutes. Herk says he'll wait. Cop says he'll have to turn the camera off inside. Herk asks if there's a problem here. this is America, accuses the cop of blocking him from going in. Herk asks for a white sign so he can support the sheriff. Rants about Obama.

'GEDC0620': Herk's coming out of the station now. He was told to leave so he's ranting about the Sheriff. Compares him to some road kill he spots on the ground. Spots some bird shit on his car and says he wants one of them fuckers to lick it off. Then does a super creepy laugh.

'MVI 0884': Spots some cops on the street and wishes them a happy new year.

'MOV05022': Talking to a guy about the illegally parked cop car. Asks him what he thinks about it.


'MOV05023': Stops 2 cops coming out of a restaurant and asks if they could tell him why they're parked illegally for his documentary. Cops won;t answer him, they don;t want to be in Herk's documentary. He asks one of them his name, won't give it. Says it's on his uniform. Herk tells them he used to work under cover for the State Patrol. Cops drive off.

'MOV05024': Filming the illegally parked cop pulling out into traffic asks a guy walking past what he thinks about it (Same guy from MOV05022). Guy just walks off.

The coroner said he died from his heart having hardened arteries. In December he was hospitalized for having a heart attack and the drs told him he needed to have stents and meds and lifestyle change but he couldn't do that. I didn't know that he was dead serious about it or I would have tried to get him to be proactive. All I know as far as that day is what we all know. He was last seen at 11am and was found slumped over his wheel at 11:48 am on the side of the road.

Police were called because people drove past and saw him vomiting outside his car. He never let his dog out of the car without his leash tied up so the fact that his dog got away tells me that he wasn't doing well when it happened. Smdh poor guy.

In December he did put himself in the hospital and when he got out he told me that he had a heart attack and that his heart was very bad and he wAs having multiple mini heart attacks and the drs wanted to treat him but he didn't want to deal with it. I didn't take it as serious as I should have because with Herk I never knew what was the absolute truth. His heart was barely hanging on. The lack of activity, the poor hygiene, the heavy smoking and the major stress was too much. His heart had enough. He really did know how many people were into him. He told me multiple times how famous he was and how shocked I would be if I knew what a famous guy he was. He totally thought of himself as a legend.

Pulled a gun on his stepdad for mistreating him
He'd use the keno machine at the casino and throw his cigs on the floor and money tray which staff hated.
Would watch movies in his car, and when the car battery ran out would push his car into the sun so he could solar charge it.

Herk was a terrible tattoo artist. Here's a link to videos of a back piece he did (It's towards the end of the post) :

His mom died in 2013, he wasn't allowed to go and see her in the hospital she was in because he had been posting videos of Steve Chamley (The owner ) and Leo Bures (his Stepfather). Her obituary is posted in this thread along with the relevant videos. IIRC they are the Stevechamley channel and Fedsmoker (2013). I posted links to each of the archived channels a few posts back.

Tracy was one of two girls who were doing meth with Herk in a few videos before Christmas. They brought him meth and presents and he thought they were setting him up. I think one of the girls was only 17 too (Or else I'm mixing up my twinkies). Videos are archived in this thread on the Filthy Churches Channel posts.

'MOV09682': Cop is taking the report from Herk and he starts talking about some fight which involved year old kids. The other cops leave.

A Day at the Park:
'MOV08957': Filming a dude on a park bench. Herk says I see you over there, you can't be sneaky. Then he does a creepy laugh.

I remember a video of him alone in a diner lamenting about his mothers passing maybe a couple years ago. It was around christmas time I think. Very sad watching the vid you posted of him talking to her. Even between telling him Leo he's going to torture and kill him in a field he needed to hear she was gonna be okay from him. Damn that's heartbreaking.

Also I'm talking to xotraci via PM. Are there any questions you or anyone would like me to ask her about him?

Here are links to the posts with Tracy's videos. TBH I reckon she's just looking for her 15 minutes of fame. Herk got clothes, drugs and money out of her then pumped and dumped, I doubt she's got some great insight into him.

Fucking awesome. He definitely was aware of this thread, it was featured in a video at some point. I love that this community may have helped build up his sense of grandeur.
