• streamed his gacha games like Flight
• branched out into trendy forms of content like mukbangs and asmr like Amberlynn

im busy reading through this whole dang thread and im not up to date yet but i just hit the part where phil is tryin to claim his home is only worth like $370k which is about what the home property tax assessment is set. this is obviously far below the values of homes in the area that are similar to his. my question now is what number will the courts look at?? will they allow the lawyer and phil to manipulate the value like that or will they go with the going rate for properties in the area similar to his?

i had a similar situation with my house when i purchased it. the tax rate would go up a little bit every year but then it spiked. i called and found out that the spike was from the property review. i asked what changed from the previous years?? the lady told me the previous increases werent full assessments done on the house....they only increased because the land value changed. once they did the full assessment they determined the combined value was a big chunk more than what they charged for. the reason i say all this is can this situation be similar to his? where a full assessment wasnt done yet?

EDIT: just read the doc that says they got the current estimate of $379k from zillow but zillow doesnt have an estimate in their history for that much and i can view 10 years of that...any one can. so i guess im left with my main question about using the property tax assessment as proof of value to scam his way into keepin his home. i hope its not allowed tbh....

Twitch doesn’t require facecam for partners, the whole facecam verse no face cam is entirely up to the streamer. Generally once you start doing face cam you’re stuck with it. But there’s no requirement to have one.
