What were the "threats" again and who got doxed for going KV? The only person I can think is Jesse Bugg who went KV and then got doxed for wanting to do gayops or something.

Just heard that two separate Anime North staffers were talking with the directors of KCC today. Revealed that they were told in no uncertain terms, that if they attended or supported Kitchener Comic Con, they'd be banned and blacklisted from any and all Anime North events.

Apparently one of them also said that Anime North was going to "make an example" out of KCC. Saying that they want to send a message to any conventions in their area of influence that are considering inviting Vic Mignogna.

Weird that this comes to light after a Toronto cosplayer made a video rambling about multiple issues, but musing about how there should be a "governing body" for conventions. Seems like AN thinks they already are that.

Also hilarious that good old Mark Tjan was one of the OG hate-mob members against the event staff for KCC too. Birds of a feather and all.

Seems to me the evidence for a federal intervention is all there. And it's industry wide. All thats missing is one of the cons contacting the proper authorities and filing an official complaint with the FTC and other relevant agencies.. At minimum, we might see some asses hung out to dry for individual crimes covered under the RICO umbrella.
