The pic on the right is an infamous furry account that became a meme. The owner had some mental issues with one of them being a fetish for scat. Many tweets from him express multiple times how he wants to consume shit, and rub himself with it. It was so bad that he placed in a mental hospital. He's apparently doing much better now, but the legacy he made still lives on.
