Apparently this was put out by one of their staff members (higher than section supervisory) over the weekend and there was some backlash. Not a lot, but enough to make them respond with this new post. it's being used in the next part of my series.

Funny thing is, Weinstein was convicted of two out of five counts. He was acquitted of predatory sexual assault, because, get this, there wasn't enough evidence for the jury to convict him.

I did think one of the women that testified had a shaky story. And apparently so did the jury. Wow, does that mean the jury actually did their job they way they were supposed to? And that you actually need facts and evidence to convict someone? Gasp but everyone online says that's wrong!

Also get bent anyone comparing that convicted rapist and disgusting tub of lard to a good man.

Random ISWV Twitter speds probably.

At least here, it's never been disputed that witness testimony is evidence, but rather its the weakest firm of evidence.

And at the TCPA stage Vic's eyewitness testimony of "lol y'all crazy that never happened" is automatically held to be truth.

The only testimony that matters is the plaintiff's. If there's enough evidence that if it is believed it would establish an element of a claim, the defense doesn't get to controvert it at that point, nor does the court get to weigh it against other evidence. The material dispute of fact is left to the jury. At least by a competent court.

Evidence, money and Weinstein proper pissed off the wrong people for the last time.

Now look at Vic. The fucking nobodies that at are accusing him of crimes with evidence as non-existent as the worth of their lives. They had nothing, NOTHING but envy to go on and Monica was STILL spitting envious venom at her deposition, while Jamie was fleeing from pepars while not being able to prove that women were abused by Vic, he'll, the sick bitch was ever begging women to come up and straight up lie about being assaulted by him . And let's not go into Ron not being able to recall Jack shit.

All of them were only able to finally go after Vic because #me too and DBS Broly pushed then over the edge. In the end Metoo has done more harm than good as much I am also happy that Weinstein, that pathetic punce, is gonna get charged. All while Weebstein is hiding in hid office, creating more Sacred Ointment for the next THOT to get fucked on his couch.

The difference is as clear as night and day. Harvey Weinstein raped women and got busted based on evidence and is going to jail. Victor Mignogna didn't raped anyone and is still fighting to protect his reputation with the support of the fans.

These animals just need to hear someone scream rape and they jump.

The position of most in ISWV is that testimony is not conclusive evidence and that it's easier to believe if there's circumstantial evidence or police reports to back up the claims, which Lawtwitter twists into "ISWV believes testimony is not evidence". Admittedly a number of individuals (TUG in particular) have stated multiple times that testimony is not evidence when "dunking" on KV and Lawtwitter, which only helps them when they twist the position.
