He's so far gone, he'll need to lose just about everything for this to happen.
phil could lose everything and he'll still go out kicking and screaming about how it wasn't his fault
he might pretend
if he ends up in a situation where he has to work a real job and live in a small place alone, he'll be his usual meek self in public
but once he's home, he'll rant and bitch about how he deserves more and shouldn't have to work and all that shit.

This.

If the bankruptcy forces DSP to sell his home, he'll just blame EvilAJ and Tevin for it.

I agree this is the most likely scenario. Phil losing his home through bankruptcy will just piss him off more. He should give his home up, sell it and pay off his creditors, and stop playing gacha. That is the right thing to do, and it would humble him. There is no reason why he couldn't do this.

But that will never happen. The good news is we get to watch this shit-show instead.

I don't believe even the bankruptcy will change Phil as a person because he's said countless times that he already HAS changed. He thinks he's gone from a brilliant, Howard Stern-like gamer comedian to a friendly, "chill" streamer because of idiots and detractors and that anyone who doesn't like him now is because of his past behavior. He doesn't even acknowledge his constant lies, never-ending insults, endless begging, distortions, paranoia, and total lack of sense of humor, not to mention his constant throat clearing and belching into the mic, as reasons someone might not like him as a person or streamer.

No, it's worse. He DOES acknowledge those things, but he calls his audience fucking morons for holding those things against them because "he needs to do them."

  • He NEEDS to lie "to protect his family."
  • He NEEDS to insult people because he is attacked first.
  • He doesn't beg, but he NEEDS to let people know how to contribute or else he won't be able to stream anymore.
  • He doesn't distort and isn't paranoid because tons of people "take things out of context" to make defamatory videos about him.
  • He does have a sense of humor, but people keep "derailing the stream" when he's trying to concentrate on the game.
  • He NEEDS to snort into the microphone because he has a medical condition and you are terrible for making fun of him for it.
  • HE CAN'T mute the mic because it's too far away (probably.)

He's even convinced some viewers to give an extra $0.30 to cover the PayPal transaction fee.
That always blows my mind. I can’t imagine giving someone money, and instead of saying thank you they explain how technically I shortchanged them because twitch takes a cut here, and paypal takes some out here, and don’t forget taxes.... imagine if you gave a homeless beggar some cash, and he complained that you didn’t give him any change to account for sales tax. The audacity of this man is unbelievable.

I invite you to read the choosingbeggars subreddit.

There are people there with stories (and I've experienced this myself once) where they are giving something away for free if you carry it out of the house and that's not good enough for people. I've also seen stories were people were giving things away for free and they got messages asking for them to "sweeten the deal a bit" to make it worth the other person's time. FREE is literally too expensive for some people.

I decided to download the PDF file on FEB 15 and this is what I see (I didn't check the other documents, yet).

This man just blatantly lied on this form?? As I stated before I don't know jack shit about bankruptcy - but IF they were to come into his house and scout for shit to take and see his computers - tv - streaming equipment - video games figurines (Idk if that would apply to video games due to them being purchased with the game) - if a sense of him lying on this document couldn't the case just be thrown out or what would happen?

Yes.

He also blatantly said he doesn't own a pet.

He claimed both that (1) oh it was filled out somewhere else in the form and (2) everything in my entire fucking life except for my junk is exempt somehow. Even my downstairs TV probably.

He's a fucking hoarder, he seriously thinks he can get away with saying he needs all his 3 TVs for his business to function. Not even willing to give up a single fucking TV, he needs them ALL.

Edit: He's pretty much trying to pay off his debts with nothing. He claims everything he has is exempt, his PCs that he never use, his TVs, etc.

He's not trying to "pay off" anything. He just wants the courts to wave a magic wand and make the debts go away. He's banking everything on the courts being too lazy to catch his obvious scam.

Wow. Thanks I did not know that!

Wow, thank you too for that information! I don't think that shit will slide with the courts.

Sorry for the double-post I'll remove if need to - Does it dive into what will happen since he lied? I've been working a lot so its the first time I seen these forms. I will head there now

Go to the LLP thread linked in the OP of the FAQ thread. @SoapQueen1 has provided a quick rundown on the legal side of things there.
