She definitely made it a lot easier for him to do shit by becoming an idolized internet figure to a bunch of fucked up (read as: vulnerable) young people who were obsessed with her art and community, but it's not like she could turn him into a zoophile and he had no say in anything he did.
Probably an unpopular take, but I think marl is the only person involved in this who likely poses a real threat to others that anyone should be super concerned about at this time. Pk and Eevee have their weird e-cult discord and are incapable of taking responsibility for any fucked up thing they do, but I really don't envision them roping kids or animals into their degenerate poly bullshit anytime soon, especially when people are so laser focused on them and their behavior. They're shitty narcissistic assholes for sure, but they also seem happy enough to just be a group of adult perverts living together and having some sort of large-ish online presence for validation and community. Gross and strange, probably not great people in any way, but ultimately not really dangerous.
Marl, on the other hand, seemed like an outright groomer intent on getting a kid involved in commercial bestiality porn. And now he's changed his name and disappeared after he was already mostly active behind the scenes only, so for people like us with no connection him he's almost impossible to track. And there is absolutely no reason to believe that the dude frequenting zooskool and other hardcore zoophile sites, who either made plans to or DID involve the family dog in sex acts with other people, suddenly lost all his dogfucker contacts because he got called out for maybe fucking a dog and doing skeevy shit with kids online. You guys saw what the zoosadist groups were like. It's not like those sort of people care about "cancel culture".
Pk was married to him for ten years and if I remember correctly she posted caps of speaking with him fairly recently, well after the whole name change and dismissed divorce shit went down. She has far more of an opportunity than anyone else does to figure out what he's up to. The least she could do is out him or TRY to so he can't fuck up some other kids (or animals) lives. I really kind of feel like that's the only thing she could do at this point to redeem herself, but she won't, she'll write a half-assed apology and memoir and call it a day all while knowing full well that Jayson Tylor Garcia aka Lycus Argent Woods is out there grooming some new person to abuse and try to force into fucking his dog. Sad stuff!
