hi yes I lived in both countries, literally 1 block away from fredrick in the philippines, and I can assure you Kyiv and Manilla are about on par with each other in terms of handicap accessibility, except Kyiv is comparatively clean and with higher air quality and less traffic.

It's him advocating for bans on political speech that he disagrees with, and conspiring to suppress the speech of those he disagrees with.
