I like how "did he cheat" is there when she knows full well she cheated on Peetz to be with him. If Bibi did cheat, it's that "karma" she likes to go on about.BREAK UP Q&A PART 1

She’s always reminded me more of this creature from the book “Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark”
Good find, but does that place have terrace houses? I only see apartment buildings with elevators. The only other gated community I found was Onassa Springs, which sells lots for single family homes so, no.Also anyone else in Ottawa wanna tell me where this gated community with terrace houses ?
I can only find apartment complexes.
ETA: If I had to guess, I'd guess this place which mentions a few things she mentioned in this recent video. This house is all the way out in Kanata which is a pretty far out suburb for someone who works in Ottawa with no car. The rent on this place also starts at 2.7k a month

aybe she wants to lose weight. If she do
But she's so skinny here.

The problem is, all we have to go by is Chantal’s description, and she’s not exactly the most reliable narrator. Is it, like, a gated community, or is it like a gated community? It could be any subdivision, really.
Her general description of the layout matches the terrace homes (she called it a terrace home last time, this time it’s a “townhouse”) that are common in suburbs like Orléans and Barrhaven like this: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-apartments-...eds-nook-2-5bath-1-april-barrhaven/1488790321.
The two en suites are usually that builder’s giveaway. It isn’t quite as luxurious as the place she described: I don’t know if I would characterize the kitchen and island as “huge, humongous”, there is no fireplace or mantel, and I don’t see a “bathroom off the patio” (that must have been a customized upgrade).
Then she says they “went to the office”. Wait, what? These terrace homes are pretty much exclusively condos, with condo fees solely for snow removal and lawn maintenance (no shared amenities). So they’re usually being rented out by private landlords. But she’s implying that there’s some sort of gated community of luxury rental units in Ottawa (other than William’s Court, which @wheelpower found, and which doesn’t seem to have townhouses, and also has exorbitant rent, presumably to keep out the dark people, but which isn’t really family-friendly). There are a few such (non-gated) places, like Accora Village, but they aren’t in the suburbs, are full of immigrants, and definitely wouldn’t be considered luxury towns, and thus would be deemed “shitholes” by Queen Chantal.
So...I guess we will find out? She said there have been other applications; my experience with rental companies is they usually rent it ASAP rather than taking offers, and do people still do money orders or certified checks rather than post-dated checks as a deposit? When do you think she will complete her application, next week? I can’t wait to see this unicorn of a gated village where the barely-employed wheeze up the stairs to their palace (and then again up to her bedroom) and Chantal goes to evening Adult Swims.
Or they got scammed and she will never be seeing that money order again.
You pretty much described every episode of MSHPL.I'll say it again: a trailer park would be ideal for Chantal. One trailer, one big dumping ground for her trash and fast food wrappers, a table upon which she can set her dumb camera, a place to sleep. She does not need anything else. If she cooks, she makes one-pot monstrosities (a hot plate will take care of this). She doesn't walk anywhere. She can't climb stairs. She's antisocial. She barely bathes. All she does is eat, sleep, and check the internet regularly. A trailer is all Chantal requires and can afford, and I'm shocked this hasn't crossed her mind yet.
