This is a woman who waddled away from the vegetable section as fast as she could because someone was behind her and waiting for her to move. Chinny is terrified of normal people who aren't even paying attention to her, there isn't a chance in hell she said a single word to a cop.
Like just about everything else, her accounts of her teenage years are different every time and nothing she says matches up with the actual evidence she has. It's difficult to know what she was really like as a teenager: she was obviously a spoilt bitch with no social skills, because that's what she is now. But she's also white trash of the first degree, and would probably smoke and hang out with delinquents if it made her feel popular and desirable, her fear of people notwithstanding. I think she was a bully who hung out with other rejects, who may or may not have been goths. Hanging out with rejects has certainly been her modus vivendi for the time we've known her.
