My guess is that if the hearing goes well, he will mention it on Friday as an opportunity to "dunk" on the trolls.

He will tell his wheelchairs that the trolls thought DSP would lose his house, would get dunked on, etc at the meeting. But as usual, the shithead TROLLS are idiots and have ZERO idea of how the bankruptcy process works because they are idiot children.
Even if we get gold dust on Thursday, the motherlode will be coming later on, I think about 99% of detractors understand this. He definitely will try to turn it into a victory, but I wouldn't worry about that.

even if he gets fucked over he'll try to turn it into a victory
something about how "DETRACTORS THOUGHT I WOULD GO TO JAIL FOR LIFE AND GET RAPED ARF ARF ARF"

it doesn't matter what you say, phil will exaggerate it

That's what I think is going to happen. He'll say he got an offer he couldn't refuse or something. Anything except the truth that he was forced to sell.
Phil should know that when the WAkhando changes hands, it will be public record easily viewable through King County records. So, lying is pointless.

His March 5th court date is public record and yet he's lying about why he won't be streaming that day. Phil lies just for lying's sake.
He's lying about the court date because he really desperately doesn't want anyone at the courthouse. Phil is effectively not human now, he wants to avoid all human contact.

Pretty sure personal income tax is not a biz expense. If it were, everyone could just start a business to claim it on top of their deduction.
Sales tax on a video game would be an expense.

That should help him avoid contracting Corona Virus LOL

"My website is www.glolaw, G-L-O-L-A-W dot com."
What on Earth are the odds, eh?

Hmmmmm, does he charge 17.38 per hour?

I think that DSP is going to lose his house. It's not about the bankruptcy but about his habits.

His spending habits are so bad that he'll end up spending mortgage money on bull shit and milking his whales dry.

If he racked up half a mil once, he'll do it again.

Getting Chapter 7 isn't much better because according to the video about assets, his kahndo really is up for grabs. The trustee is rewarded monetarily by selling as much shit as possible, or try to convert to a Chapter 13.

This is why, while it's actually possible he has amazing pigroach luck again and somehow everyone involved is completely apathetic to what's going on, it's a lot less likely than usual. DSP has a bigger pot of money here than he appears to understand, and more than is usually seen in bankruptcies like this, where everyone shows up, gnaws whatever the jackals haven't already eaten and moves on.

DSP is the kind of fat crippled cow the jackals get at first. This could make the months of a lot of bottom feeders and scavengers a lot better. And the trustee is also highly motivated to maximize her own fees.

I think that dismissal is the favorite to happen, though. They're not a rarity in Chapter 7s, and this case is so fucked up with a gaggle of creditors and an asshole with a $440k khando and 6 figure income committing endless fraud that it will take everyone there rubber-stamping it all for this to go anywhere.

Chapter 13 would be great for entertainment value but dismissal also makes a lot of sense. DSP handed in such a pile of dog vomit that they could just decide it's not salvageable enough to bother and make him start over from scratch. Or if he is an uppity pigroach to the judge and trustee, dismiss it with prejudice to really stick it in and break it off.

"I don't even know which conference room I'm supposed to be in! Do you want me to run your fucking courthouse for you???"

I'm not sure why people would be worried about Phil's court date going well. Does Phil seem like the sort of guy who would function well in a place like a courtroom?

Yes, because in public, he's a meek beta bitch. He'll say only the bare minimum, drop a copious amount of "SIR"s, and walk out navel-gazing. Then he'll show up on stream and act like he told the judge and trustee to stick the documents up their ass sideways.

When does DSP have his hearing? Is it very near and will Phil really freak out in his typical way once the sands run out?
Initial hearing is this Thursday around 10 Pacific and don't know about freaking out most people that know about these sorts of dealings say it's going to be fairly short and dry so not really expecting anything exciting until the agent(s) start asking questions.

5th March, the day is more important, he has to wait in a lobby of other financially irresponsible people while they're called in

if dsp has never been to court, he's in for a rude awakening with how long you have to wait

DSP is really doubling down on being as vague as possible about his day off on Thursday/the 341 meeting:

It's not hard to notice DSP is really not looking forward to this meeting; he's banning any mention of it in chat (when he sees it), he's easily triggered by trolls who either mention the meeting or him possibly losing the house or other possessions, and of course he has been flat-out avoiding the topic as a whole.

But yeah, you can leave it up to DSP to once again create his own little universe, his own version of the actual truth, while the publicly available information has been out there for weeks and basically everyone who follows DSP even in the slightest is fully aware of what's going to happen this Thursday.

How long do you think they made me wait? Was it 20 minutes? An hour? Twoooooooo hours?

To reiterate, the public information is FREE, not charged like he says on his rant.

Looking at the schedule, lunch break probably starts at 1pm and gov't employees aren't working a second over that. Phil probably won't be waiting that long, I'd assume an hour at most.
