If he can't detect any definite deetrakturz, he'll say there were 10-15 in attendance. If he confirms to himself he saw one, he'll come back & say there there were 10. If a picture of him from that day starts circulating the internet, he'll insist he was gangraped at katana-point & left behind a dumpster. Or any combination of anything I just mentioned.
Right now he has regressed into pretending this is all a secret (lolol) & I have to presume that's because he's so room-temp that he thinks shutting the fuck up about it 2 days before the hearing will draw attention away from it & maybe anyone planning to attend will just forget. No lawyer alive, not even the dumbest one ever, would tell their client it's a good idea to discuss their case on social media. In reality, he was probably encouraged to excise as much of that shit as possible, & not to say a word on the platforms he can't avoid. But he's Philbert Fuck You Burnell & he's just barely smart enough to know that his ability to buck consequence & authority is in the throes of its death rattle, so he did the opposite.
Either way, he's terrified & what he wants is for someone/s he'll be able to point to & have a tangible reason to try & get them to close the public out of future proceedings.
