His name online is Spirit Jr. He's a mod for Senpai is Home, and he was banned from Anime North last year when he showed up literally to harass Jaime Marchi at the convention and was throw the fuck out. I think it's universal that the panel is unlistenable because of that literal exceptional individual.
Oh wow, didn't realize that was the same guy.

I remember rumblings about him being retarded or having some kinda disabilty, and well, it really fuckin' shows.

Someone mentioned in chat that Chupp got cockslapped in the March 3rd elections. I've been googling and haven't found anything yet, though.

Might be entertaining for sad Chupp noises.

Weird, the results seem to differ slightly by source. But in none of them is he even close.

Lenz v. UMG isn't the only case in the Northern District of California that awarded attorney fees under 512(f). There was also OPG v. Diebold in 2004. The reason Lenz is important is it's actually binding precedent in the Ninth Circuit. But the specific district has two relevant cases and I assume Wolman presumes the specific district is likely to be more open to such fee arguments.

This boomer is booming it up and thinking Doe v. Geller is JOE v. Geller.

Note, Doucette LITERALLY EXPLICITLY AGREED to North Carolina as the forum when he counter notified.

Hi Matthew Allen McGuigan,

Guess what? The counter notifier is required to provide: "[t]he subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located." 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)(D). It glaringly, and certainly intentionally, does not require the same of the original notifier.

Also Nick is getting out of hand and just called Douchette a faggot. Or was it Wolman? Either way one of those faggots.
