I think there is legitimate concern from the more pinwheel sperges that the forms just get rubber-stamped and DSP "gets away with it" like he's gotten away with damn near everything else in his life due to pigroach luck.

I think they believe they are genuinely doing a good service.

I can't condone this behavior, but I understand.

I just wish major DSP content creators would all come out and disavow getting involved. It's just a good idea to get out there. Let DSP hang himself, he's made it clear he's good at that. Like you said, I understand, but any interference risks playing in to Phil's claims of stalkers and could garner sympathy.

I'm always on the side of observing from the sidelines, but Phil is clearly committing bankruptcy fraud and gov't tells us we should report this. I can't shit on people if they want to snitch.

I think, strangely enough, that the more pinwheel sperges are actually believing DSP's lies at this point.

DSP has painted this rosy picture that "oh, I declare bankruptcy, and all my debts go away, and I lose some of my broken junk but I get to keep everything important because it's all 'protected'".

Yeah, that's not how any of this works.

1) No matter what, if this goes through, DSP is bankrupt. That's the best case scenario here for him.

2) The idea that DSP keeps telling people that "oh, all my debts go away but I don't lose anything important" has some of the bigger pinwheels genuinely concerned that he's right and they want justice/karma/whatever the fuck.

That's why I'm still giving some benefit of the doubt to them that they believe they are helping a legal battle in progress, like someone in a murder/robbery case that goes to the police with key evidence that hadn't been discovered yet. We'll see if they take it too far in the coming weeks.

DSP troll channels care about e-clout and youtube gold, nothing more. There is no honor among trolls except maybe when it comes to disavowing SWATting, and even then it's just to cover their own asses from Susan.

They're as likely to stand up against crappy stool poking as they are to stand up against trolls throwing Phil quarters for attention. They'll not only not stand against it, they'll feature it. I promise you every major troll channel will release their own version of James' video. Featuring crappy trolling directly benefits their livelihood/longevity.
