He could potentially have gone to the wrong building. The document that lists the appointment just says "US Courthouse", which when you google that comes up with multiple buildings. Phil wants the bankruptcy court, obviously, which is in the green box.

Wow stupid government didn't have any signs on the building.

It wouldn’t be surprising if Phil found a way to reschedule. He has seemed awfully smug the last few nights about today just being another “chill” day off of grocery shopping with the soulmaid. Hard to tell though, because Phil always downplays shit for his paypigs.

Wouldn't rescheduling hurt him? What would be the benefit from doing that?

DSP tweeted from iphone on his way there?

It doesn't surprise me that Kat is the one that drives from his "muh back dood" rants.

Phones might be allowed. Said there are lots of others on phones/laptops so I might get updates earlier than expected.

Again, there are a few names listed at 10 am, above Phil, so he might not be called up until 10:45 or later if the people ahead of him drag it out with questions etc.

But it's 10:15 and no sighting.

This is court. It's a toss up between this and government as to who is the least efficient with their time, his minor lateness is likely not a big deal. It might be as simple as the schedule getting pushed back by something stupid first thing in the morning, so Phil is taking an hour in a secluded area to tap some four star wrestlers while he waits. Or if he's the Chad some think he is, christening the stairwell with Kat

Wouldn't we know if he rescheduled? Doesn't that have to be public knowledge so his creditors also know and don't show up to a meeting where he's not there?

My guess is:

A) Phil rescheduled last minute to "own the trolls" (aka inconvenience the one guy LSB is talking to)

B) Phil went to the wrong building

Rescheduling is pointless, though. He's just collecting more interest and elongating the time he can't use any credit. And potentially drawing the ire of the trustee.

True, but when is the last time DSP has shown that he’s capable of making rational choices that will improve his situation? He has always had an “out of sight, out of mind” outlook on things.

This in a nutshell. We are stuck on Phil like shit to a blanket - no legal professional is going to give a miniscule fuck about scouring Phil's content.

They'll do whatever gets them paid. They're not going to refuse to look at video because six figures isn't enough to get their interest. People show up in court all the time and are shocked and amazed to see their Facebook photos showing them out dancing when they claimed to be crippled.

Powerlevel up, but I can tell you firsthand that lawyers will search your social media through with a comb. Facebook, Youtube, you name it.

Phil tweeting when he should be in court is fucking stupid.

They probably gave him an estimated time to show up since there's so many people ahead of him
No, court doesn't work that way. They give early times so everyone is there and they don't need to waste any time waiting for people. They don't give a fuck if you have to wait. They will accomodate lawyers, but Phil's has 2 cases after this.
