Two other clients of hers were at the court?
They were represented by a stand-in?
Of which only DSP was not represented by the stand-in?
I believe that is correct.
EDIT: that was not correct. Stand in represented the other 2 clients, then represented DSP and Rochelle and asked for an extension.

The same thing that would happen if you showed up an hour and a half early for any appointment...you'd sit and wait for an hour and a half.

I meant
there's a chance that a telephone pole or parked car literally teleported right out into the street in front of him while he was distracted by the trolls attacking him on twitter and the brakes and steering wheel in his stupid car stopped working too for no reason and that's why he couldn't show up to court.

"materialized" as DSP would say

Was he called? What an absolute fuckup.

I wonder if the creditors will wait to file anything they were planning on filing for another month or just go ahead and move to dismiss or lift the stay or whatever else they're thinking of.

Lol it takes like maybe 30m to hammer out the requisite MTD & the Memo in Support if they need one in BK proceedings... I'd wager at least one of them is going to try to get this off their queue?

It isn't a big deal but the trustee now knows what she's dealing with. A fucking buffoon.

It will set the tone for her future dealings with him. She knows he's a complete fuckup at this point.

The situation confuses me though. If he was on the docket to show up today then did he call last second once he saw LSB had a mole there to postpone?

If they already have another date then the delay was pre-arranged. He didn't just not show up and the trustee pull March 26th out of thin air.
That's the next group of cases for this trustee Nancy James.

You may be right, but I've seen plenty of cases that were automatically rescheduled for no-shows, as well.

Or did they call out his name, saw he wasn't there, and the court pushed the date back?

It's just the trustee who isn't the court. There wouldn't have been a judge there and the witness said there wasn't. It's a legally required meeting but it isn't a hearing.

Let's just say that utter fuckups like Phil have been known to end up in bankruptcy before.
