Biden, Tulsi and Sanders will take on each other in six states holding primary contests on March 10 in what has been dubbed “Mini Super Tuesday.”
Those states are:
  • Idaho, 20 pledged delegates
  • Michigan, 125 pledged delegates
  • Mississippi, 36 pledged delegates
  • North Dakota, 14 pledged delegates
  • Missouri, 68 pledged delegates
  • Washington, 89 pledged delegates
  • Democrats Abroad, 21 pledged delegates
The six states offer a combined 373 pledged delegates.

The former vice president, who swept the South on Super Tuesday, leads in pledged delegate totals ahead of the March 10 primaries. He currently has 664 pledged delegates compared to Sanders’ 573. A nominee needs a majority, or 1,991, delegates going into the convention to win the nomination on the first ballot.

Michigan offers the greatest prize on Tuesday with 125 delegates up for grabs. A Detriot Free Press survey released on Monday showed Biden with a 24-point advantage over Vermont’s self-described socialist senator in the Great Lakes State.

Sanders held rallies in Michigan over the weekend in hopes of garnering support in the state he won in 2016, when he edged out Hillary Clinton by less than two percentage points — 49.8 percent to Clinton’s 48.3 percent.

Make or break for Bernie if he can't compete against Biden at this point. Should be some interesting results with anger from at least one side being inevitable. I'm looking forward to seeing the race in Idaho and Washington.

My mini-super Tuesday picks
Idaho(Biden), Michigan (Biden), Mississippi(Biden), Missouri (Biden), North Dakota (Biden), Washington (Biden), Democrats Abroad (Biden)

:story:
So, just to recap this night. A dementia afflicted Joe Biden gets the support of one of the most prominent gun-grabbers in the country, campaigns little to nothing in some of the states he's competing in, was almost broke just a week ago, gets into arguments with union workers for supporting the aforementioned gun-grabber, names something called an "AR-14" all while rambling incoherently in every interview and debate he's featured in... and he still blew his opponent out of the water.

Just how much of a pathetic fucking loser is Bernie fucking Sanders?

Is Biden really going to win the election based on nothing more than left wing nostalgia for the Obama years?
It is 2 fold.

The Communists on Twitter vastly overestimate their numbers and frankly THEY DON'T VOTE and Johnson was right when he said "We will have them niggers voting for us for 1,000 years."

How long before journos start pointing out he misspelled a word, again? Maybe I'm being :optimistic: thinking any of them will realize that's the wrong rout.

Don't worry, someone will. They can't help but feel superior and point out how stupid PLOD TURD MAN is. It's hilarious that they don't recognize that he does it on purpose.

I think my favorite was when he misquoted the rape statistics of illegal aliens at the Southern border and the idiots in the media fact checked him and proved the stats were actually worse than he said.

I'm just surprised that the guy can barely string 2 sentences together and it seems to be utterly irrelevant in the minds of the voters. They just see "Biden" on the sheet and think "Hey it's that guy who was with Obama all the time" and tick him. Name recognition seems to be way more important than any other factor. You're right though, the Twitterati are irrelevant in the scheme of things. Voters are largely normies who don't give a fuck about the internet or anything on it and so they'll happily vote for the most recognizable neoliberal.

Because he wins with older democrats, and older people generally are vastly more Republican. Dems need young people to turn out to win at a presidential level as a general rule, though Biden seems strong with suburban wine moms which is a weak point for trump.

But I suspect most people's unwillingness to use these results to posit that Biden is a strong candidate in the general is that he's not faced a strong negative campaign yet, and he's a sundowning corrupt child-sniffing tool of credit card companies with a crackhead son he's been enabling for years

How Biden is performing now is not a good indication of how he will perform against an opponent willing to go for the jugular, unlike kindly milquetoast bourgeois sentimentalist Bernie
Also consider that Republican voters are coming out strong so far this year because of the shit the dems are trying to pull in places like Virginia.

I think the biggest take a way from this primary is not Joe's broken brain, although that is pretty funny, but the lack of support Sanders is getting.

Turns out in 2016 he really wasn't that popular a choice but rather that the a lot of Democrat really, really, Really hated Hillary Clinton.

Without a protest vote Bernie's just a Socialist schlub.

The Bernie of 2020 is different than 2016. The Bernie of 2016 was more like FDR and until he cucked halfway through his campaign, wanted tighter border controls than Trump. The Bernie of 2020 is like an old senile white version of AOC. People absolutely despised Hillary Clinton but think Biden is too decrepit to run, which is a pretty big difference apparently.

Bernie should keep going. Keep sucking up those donations to buy a fourth house.

Agree or not with his views, it's clear that Bernie is just not a good politician, and his skills are declining with age in a less blatant way than Biden's constant outbursts. I still believe 2016 Bernie stood a better chance against Trump than Hillary (because holy shit that campaign was beyond mismanaged), but 2020 Trump is a much stronger candidate than 2016 Trump.

Democrats only hope is that coronavirus kills enough old white people who are probably going to be mostly Trump voters.

The election? No, Trump is going to clown on him in the debates and that will probably be that for his presidential campaign. The primary? Yeah probably, his opponent is an old communist who praises Fidel Castro and assorted other commie shitbags.

Biden is going to bank hard on Obama nostalgia, which is funny because most of the hardcore Obamatards I know were unemployed or had shitty jobs for most of his terms. But the media fondled Barry’s balls so much they’ve fabricated that 2009-2016 was some kind of utopia.

That and call Trump a racist, a sexist and a Russian plant. Worked so well these last four years, how could they not try it again?

Is Biden senile?

Biden is going to be like Hillary where the media will do 99% of the campaigning legwork because the more people hear of him or see him, the worse he does. Hillary could barely keep it together, Biden is going to have a much tougher time. Photo ops of him wearing aviators isn’t going to cut it against the Shitposter in Chief.

Biden is going to fall flat on his face in the 2020 election. Michigan, Virginia, Ohio, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, the Dakotas, and possibly Nevada are leaning towards Trump. The "Bernie or bust" attitude will prevail over "vote blue no matter who"; Young people don't get excited for a demented, corrupt neolib. Trump is increasingly gaining minority support. Union workers feel betrayed by the democrats. Independents are feeling disillusioned with the leftist movements. I'm hoping when Bernie drops out he refuses to endorse Biden for the lulz, but he very well may end up cucking out.
