T. Greg Doucette / Thomas Gregory Doucette / greg_doucette / TGDLaw / fsckemall / lawdevnull / TDot - Super Lawyer, Failed Politician, Captain of The Threadnought, Drowning in Debt

I'm not sure who picked the third party arbitrator, but it was Randazza who initiated the proceedings. Considering the parties were on roughly equal terms, it's unlikely one of them could force a biased arbitrator on the other. The facts just thoroughly sucked for him and it was imprudent to initiate the proceedings at all when he could have walked away $200,000 richer instead of getting fucked and going bankrupt. 20/20 hindsight, to be fair, but hubris was the root cause.

And blaming Ken White for it? Really?
And what is great about the article is that Randazza made fun of people using Bankruptcy as a way to avoid judgments, aka the usual lawtwitter hot takes.

And then he went bankrupt himself and is now palling around with also bankrupt utter loser Greg Douchette.
Did he ever get that arbitration decision overturned? Having a hard time finding if that ever happened or if Randy was just blowing smoke. Still debating on what is the next funniest thing, him fucking over his clients settlement or him taking bribes to not sue people.

Arbitration is nearly never overturned. Also not only was it not overturned but a number of bar ethics decisions that also didn't go in his favor were at least in part based on it.

Is there a place to research those ethics decisions?

T. Greg streams party games on Twitch most nights and Nick is living rent free

The only way Douchette can keep an audience is making fun of Vic, Nick, and Ty.

Meanwhile Nick twitch streams, does anywhere from okay to absolutely potato in the game of the night, and gets 200 viewers without even trying.

1. Is this NC lawsuit he’s doing meant to be a preview when his KV #threadnaught audience runs out of steam?

And 2. Is 200 views good? I mean, I’m not saying Nick is a guy who could get Ninja views when Fortnite was at its peak, but I’m not familiar enough with Twitch to know what’s considered a successful stream by and large.

It's good numbers if you're begging people to watch your stream to own Nick, since Nick pulls in roughly the same numbers on his own Twitch streams as well.

Nick averages about 150-200 viewers a stream which isn’t bad for twitch. Greg’s streams average in the single digit views and has a few with double digits. I thought he gave up in being a streaming superstar.

He's playing Jackbox games. How can an insufferable man become even more insufferable.
Greg wishes he had the Personality of DSP for being bad at games but still greg is far worse and a failure al the way.

When do they decide jurisdiction on Doucette's lawsuit?
The defendants, Ronald Kevin Stone and the North Carolina Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans, have until March 20th to file their response to the opposition to the motion to dismiss. A case management conference is scheduled for March 31st.

The hearing on the motion to dismiss was scheduled for March 19th and then April 2nd, but those were vacated when the case was reassigned to a different judge.

Nick covered his case a week ago or so and he's currently in settlement talks with the NC confederate guy. His guess Greg wouldn't even entertain a settlement unless he felt things weren't going well. He though the defendant's offer would be to not go after Greg for attorney fees if he dropped his case.

If I were the defendants I'd insist on it being with prejudice so no fun time in North Carolina either for this bullshit.
